Gives false information that contradicts what's on T-Mobile's website and will try to push you to buy services that you don't even need, which is deceptive. I asked about pricing for home internet and they said for me to get the 50 buck plan, I'd need a voice line. The website says otherwise. In fact, it states if YOU DO NOT HAVE A VOICE LINE, the price will be 55 bucks, 50 if you set up autopay, but wow this store rep really either tried to upsell me that voice line for their own commission, or critical reading skills have gone downhill. Spoke with T-Mobile reps on the phone after this and they confirmed what was spewed to me was complete donkey dung. No, you don't need a voice line to be on that 50/mo plan. You don't even need a voice line PERIOD to get home internet from T-Mobile. The fact I even had to get confirmation on something that is Reading Comprehension 101 from someone halfway across the world goes to show how out of the loop these people are at the store--or how shady they are that they're drinking their own Kool-Aid. read more

Switched 4 lines from Verizon to T-mobile and worked with Jorge. I have high standards and expectations of customer service and Jorge met all the marks. He was patient, clear and provided next steps as I had to leave and come back several times to handle things on my end. The process was seamless and he processed everything he laid out to do and helped with my family's needs over the phone on what to do next etc. and even in between our set up times, he checked in on customers that needed translation and support. STORE FRAUD ALERT! I am going to try to make this short as i know long reviews are hard to read. Basically, I went to this store trying to switch from Verizon to T-mobile while keeping our phones. We were convinced by the rep, Marcopollo, to upgrade all 4 phones as they would get $830 credit on each phone, he specifically said 2 phones would basically be free and the other 2 would pay a little extra. He even wrote down on a paper $830 as credit! I then get a bill from T-mobile only crediting 3 phones for $830 and the 4th only half. I was told i had to go to the store (i am 9 months pregnant!) I went to the store and waited over an hour with no resolution. I called the store, I spoke to Marcopollo who said he would call back, after a few days he offered only "buyers remorse" as a solution which is unacceptable! I spoke with his manager Cindy and Stephanie and they basically gave me the run around for over 2 weeks because they were not all in the store at the same time to talk to each other? Are you kidding? I contacted Cindy one last time and her reply was to tell me the promotion over and over again like i am a child and don't understand what she is saying. I have been kind and patient with them and i lost it after that, so disrespectful. BUYER BE AWARE OF THIS STORE AND THESE WORKERS! THEY ARE LIARS! Another same sad visit. This round was with "Joshua." He knew less than a McDonald's french fry station worker. This included he said for 8 minutes that I have no phone on my account and his coworker spotted in about 10 seconds. As well, customer service reportedly. Ugh. In January, my house in Hollywood CA burned down with me in it. The firemen found my body in total cardiac arrest from smoke inhalation. They were able to revive me and took me to Cedar Sinai emergency. I spent over 6 weeks in the ICU. Then a week in the hospital where I had a couple of operations. A tracheotomy for oxygen and a feeding tube in my belly, because my throat and lungs had been destroyed by smoke inhalation. I then spent a month in the recovery center, and then went to assisted living. All my credit cards were reissued by my bank because they were lost in the fire. So, T-Moble continued to mail bills to my home address, but the post office will not deliver to a burned down house. It was a few months before I could go the the post office and get my mail forwarded. They would not let me do it online. All my utilities closed my accounts and let me pay off the balance to the day of the fire. Spectrum forgave me for the equipment charges after I sent them the fire department report on the total destruction of my home. T-Mobile did not and sent me to collections. I only became aware of T-Mobile actions when Experian sent me a notice that I was being sent to collections. So, I had to pay for the equipment that was burned, and the monthly bill for service that was not used because there was no house there. Every other utility took the report from the fire department as the stop date for billing. T-Mobile would not and sent me to collections without ever notifying me. T-Mobile is a heartless evil company. read more

I came here to switch carriers and get a new phone. We were helped by the wonderful Kaitlin (I hope I spelled her name right... I just know it's not Kayla). She regaled us with fun commentary and stories while we were on the phone w T-Mobile's activation center and numerous other departments. Honestly, the process of talking to those other departments via telephone was painful, but kaitlin was awesome, honest, efficient, and attentive. She helped us switch carriers, get onto a family plan, and trade in my phone for a lovely new one! Just a tip for you non-tech savvy iPhone users - make sure to upload your stuff onto iCloud BEFORE you change phones. Lollll~ I ended up having to do it there on the store's WiFi and it took about an hour bc I didn't back it up for months! My husband and I went next door for kbbq and came back in time for it to finish uploading to the iCloud. The store is in the same complex as Reborn coffee so there's at least some stuff to eat and drink while waiting. Parking lot is open and free. read more

The T Mobile on Foothill in La Cresenta gave us over the top service. I purchased a new iPhone 14 and traded in an iPhone. Even though we got there at 6:30pm (I would not recommend this!), it took a bit to get all the data transferred. They were very patient and nice with us even though the process took us an hour after they closed. I highly recommend this store. They really know all their phones, watches, and promotions. I badly need a Sprint nano sim card (as to why, another long story). I called several T-Mobile and Sprint stores in our vicinity. Most Sprint stores had been rebranded, others have permanently closed. I chanced upon this T-Mobile store in La Crescenta, about 10 miles from me. The Customer Service agent said they do have several Sprint nano sim cards available. I rushed to the store. When I arrived, there were three Customer Service agents, each of them busy serving a client. I patiently waited my turn. After 45 minutes of waiting, I got my turn. When I told the agent what I needed, he said they do not carry Sprint sim cards. The agent who took my call was very incompetent. Maybe, it is one bad apple. But because of this experience, I will never return to this store again. read more

I don't understand how these reviews are negative, my first visit here was amazing. I don't think people realize that when there are only a few employees and a lot of customers, there isn't much time to greet every single person who walks through the door lol I was helped almost immediately and while I was being helped the girl who was working (I didn't catch her name) was going back and fourth between myself and other customers doing her best to assist all of us and even though I had many problems from my phone being unable to unlock to turn off find my iPhone and my watch literally about to die so i wasn't going to be able to get the verification code, she helped me every step of the way. She let me use a watch charger and helped me get the best deal available for my line and phone and even helped me get a case and screen protector for my new phone. She was helpful & very involved with making sure I left there with a new phone & had everything I needed taken care of. I absolutely recommend this store & the girl who helped me this morning with getting a new phone. Super happy with my phone & the service. I will be back. Next day, went back to the store to ask for refund, they couldn't find my two cc transactions and told me to file a claim with my credit card company. Took me almost one month to get my money back. They updated my phones. I wanted to change my plan but they don't give their best plans to current customers, which includes sprint. Sprint sucks and T mobile owns sprint now too so T mobile sucks too I guess. They also couldn't give me a discount in store so I have to go online and do it myself. That seems unreasonable that their employees call customer service for my and still can't get anything done. Since going into the store I think I would rather just go to Verizon. read more

I when in to buy a new iPhone to replace my iPhone 6, which is outdated to say the least. I spoke a day earlier, to make sure they have plenty of iPhone 13's available. The sales manager who was helping us, told me he had blue, black, or pink iPhone 13's. I said I'll take blue or black, just not pink, because it's not really a guys color, right? So after waiting approximately 10 minutes for them to get it out of the safe, he comes out of the room and tells me he only has pink. That really frustrated me, after I thought for sure I was getting it in black or blue, and that it wouldn't be a problem. He got my hopes up, and then crushed it. He then told me, the other peoples next to me, got the last blue one. The people I noticed, who couldn't make up their mind on what color or phone they want. I saw they brought several phones for them to look at. All this got in my head, and pissed me off. I let the sales manager who was working on it know about it, and he got angry with me. So angry, that he let another salesperson take over, without even saying anything about it. He treated me unprofessional, and was in all honesty, a lazy salesperson to begin with. He could have easily prevented me from being upset, if he would have done his job properly, and the more I thought about it afterward, the more I realized what he could have done, despite me turning into a jerk temporarily. Like he could have told me I'm not sure what colors are available until I open the safe, but we the colors come in blue, black, or (light) pink. Of course I could have waited several days to get a color besides pink, but I didn't want to wait. I wanted the phone that day, like I think most of us would, because that's the whole reason I went over there with my wife. Anyway, getting back to the sales manager, he was never apologetic or try to soften the blow. Also he was never helpful or informative to me. I don't know much about the new iPhones, and he never explained anything about it. Neither did his other salesperson. He could have not only explained to me about the iPhone 13, but he could have explained the iPhone 13 Pro, and the difference. I might have even bought it for $100 more, but he never tried to sell me it. He just told me the price when I asked. Mind you I'm going from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 13, which is a big difference, and it has a lot of new features and changes. They never were intuitive to pick up on that. The other big thing they should have done, is tell me the pink color isn't really a strong pink. After I really took a good look at it, when I got home, you can barely tell it's pink. It's a very light pink, almost a white pink. Also I know I'm going to put a case cover on it, so the color won't really matter much. If I were a T-mobile salesperson I would have emphasized this, and would have made the customer such as myself, at ease. These guys don't know how to do their job well, and that's why this problem escalated. Btw, I apologized more than once to the salesperson who took over, but he wasn't having it. He just barely did the requirements of his job. I had to ask all the questions about the phone, and he helped, only when I asked. I'm like "Is there anything I need to know about this new phone compared to mine" and he's like not really. Really? Yes, there's quite a lot to know about. So if you already know about iPhone 13's, and they have your phone and color, then it should be a breeze for you. If you want full customer service, and pleasant customer service, with a lot of information, I suggest you go elsewhere. read more

Rude/bad customer service. When we came in, we had to wait a good 15-20 minutes for one of the workers to acknowledge us (and they only did b/c we asked how long the wait was, but not one of them even greeted us). Then after awhile, we went up to one of the reps since he wasn't helping a customer anymore, but he gave us attitude as he was talking; his responses were short, his tone of voice was very rude, and his carelessness to help us out was blatant. We didn't expect exceptional customer service coming in, but the least he/they could have done is be courteous to us. It seemed like they were all trying to avoid eye contact to avoid working. Either they get underpaid and could care less for their jobs or they are straight out just rude people working for T-Mobile. read more
