Long story made short... you'd think with their cash flow their online customer service/problem trouble shooters would, ah know a lot more about 'their process'. From my experience, no such luck. Not only did he help me fix my phone, he stayed patient with me for over two hours as I tried to help fix the problem. Khalil even offered his personal phone up to me so I could contact my family. I had looked on the My Verizon app about options regarding getting a new phone, and well, it was all Greek to me. As a result, I figured it'd be best to talk to a person and that I went ahead and did. Carlos ended up being my salesman. He was very personable. We even went to the same university. Go Gators! That said, he did his best to get me a new phone and save me money, which I heavily appreciate. I wound up upgrading to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and although it's a bit bigger than what I'm used to, I absolutely love it. The camera alone on this phone makes it worth it. Aside from the phone, bought a case and a charger and had my phone set up at the store. Everything was so remarkably efficient and simple. I hadn't stepped inside of a Verizon in a while, usually opting for upgrading online, so I truly didn't know what to expect, but hey, this was a great time. Sometimes the people factor alone is what makes it memorable. Given that, and the fact that I may or may not get an iPad in my future, I may or may not return and get it here. We will see. I'm still debating that one. What I can say is I had amazing customer service and would recommend this location to everyone. Oh, and one last bit - Carlos showed me you can FaceTime on an Android. I cannot sing enough praises about KaRonte…read more My father lost his cellphone in an Uber a few months ago and was super heartbroken. I never got around to teaching him how to upload things to a cloud, so all of his contacts and pictures (mostly of my cat lol) were gone. His neighbor called to let me know what happened and gave me his number in case something happened. For some reason, I knew I had brought my old iPhone with me for a reason. I rushed over to ATT as soon as I could to get it a new sim card and have it up and working for my dad. KaRonte was so helpful. Folks usually get antsy when you walk in 15 minutes before shutting down, but he was so sweet and so patient. Put in a new card, made some test calls, sorted every issue I had so I would be able to mail my father his new phone the next morning. He also changed the screen protector on my phone! Since my father is elderly and lives alone, I have to keep in contact with him. It was a very stressful situation and KaRonte made it worry-free. Thank you so much!
