Note that they only display the latest model of iPhones so if you are looking for an older version, you won't really have the opportunity to touch and feel it before purchase. When upgrading your phone, make sure to have an up-to-date back up ready to go. This will speed up what can otherwise be a bit of a slow process.

His wife Wendy brought us across the street to see an LG projector and screen. She seemed a bit reluctant to take us at first, but opened up after awhile. Robert emailed me with a proposal that night, of which I didn't need a cabinet at all (don't know why that was included). Seemed fair! But my cousin that night got me a great deal (50% off!) on the projector through a website through his job once I knew I liked it earlier that day at Value. So I emailed Robert back to say I won't be purchasing the projector from him based on the insane deal my cousin got me. BUT I would still like to purchase the 110" screen, an entire audio system AND to install and calibrate it all! I emailed him TWICE with no answer, called THREE times with no answer and even left a voicemail with no return call. I am really surprised because they have a beautiful shop, very friendly no pressure sales approach BUT they don't care for my business at all. I was about to spend roughly $7,500 on the above mentioned equipment and services but maybe they were mad that I didn't want to buy the projector from them so they didn't return my calls out of spite and blew $7,500 in other sales? I still had to see the screen and discuss the services they can offer me and possible audio equipment? I don't know why, but I am so disappointed I was totally ignored after a nice visit with my wife with great conversation as well! Good good people, but either spiteful or don't care for smaller sized sales. Regardless, i waited 3 days for someone from Value to get back to me after so many attempts on my part but gave up and I just spent over $7,500 on those items at a Long Island big box store today. We've fixed two batteries and one phone screen using Asurion. The prepayment process was easy. Jake was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the repairs. For someone who deals with people complaining to him all day, he has an incredibly positive attitude.

What can I say about innerspace. Nothing good…read more Hands down the worst service I have ever received. And the most incompetent audio company i have ever worked with. Several items 1-it took 15 months to do a control 4 project that should have taken a week. They gave no instruction, had no knowledge of programming system and never ever could get it working fully . They blamed the cable company so I switched. Still didn't work. They blamed the TV which they bought and installed so I replaced. Still didn't work. 2 - The new company I hired to replace these clowns basically in 2 days repaired every item they could not get right for months 3- all the items the owner Barry said could not be compatible or done with the system were done by another professional within minutes. 4- they sold bad remotes which seemed refurbished, downloaded old archaic software 5-The plugs / Wires going into the back of the system were plugged into the wrong locations from beginning . One box just sat there with no plugs. The sensors were not attached. The lack of volume control which has hounded us for months until we found one of 10 companies who immediately knew the problem 6 - The owner of the company Barry Reiner never personally come in once to review the system knowing the problems we continuously had. Thats how he ran the project and his business. He had the balls to actually say he wouldn't come continue troubleshooting his own mistakes until I paid him for service call which I wouldn't do. Stay away. Far away. Rip off and waste of time and horrible service.

I took my iphone in for a simple 30-minute battery change. It left the store four days later…read moreruined. Neither the store personnel or management made any attempt during the four days to provide me with a single update - it was entirely on me to keep checking back and when I did I got either confusion or excuses. I finally gave up on these guys and asked for my phone back. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. I got my $30 repair fee returned but that doesn't begin to cover $700 it will now cost me to replace the phone. I took the damaged iphone to Apple and they think the RepairXpert technician damaged the logic board, most likely because he was ungrounded when he changed the battery. I wanted to like this shop because of the reasonable prices but incompetent work is no bargain at any price. Non-existent customer communications are also a big concern. Buyer beware.
