The store claims that was their personal activation fee for "setting up" my phone. The customer service line could not help because this store is NOT an official verizon wireless store. The customer service line asked the manager of the store to call me 3 times to solve the issue and I never received a phone call. Skip this store and go to a real verizon wireless store. If they had asked me, I would have asked for my phone back and gone for yet another opinion before eliminating my phone or turning it over to some stranger, and not knowing if what was said was true. While he specializes in Apple and Samsung, he was able to go out of his way to fix some Google Pixels for me and my dad, though he had to special-order some parts.
