this location is absolutely horrible. I have to return my old iphone and the man who works here told me specifically to come back and get a receipt. so I did just that, a different person was working and didn't know how to make a receipt, he wanted to just write it out on computer paper. I didn't think that was legit so I said I'll come back the next day. I came back at 10 AM when they said they would open and they were closed. I waited until 1040 until I left. So I came back the next day at 11 AM to return the phone. once again, the store was closed but the lights off and they were supposed to be open at 10 AM. The door says it and so does online. I only have 14 days to return my phone and now I'm on day 12 or else I will get charged. I have wasted several hours trying to do this. I will never come back to the store again and considering changing from AT&T. read more

I went in here because my phone wasn't working I had bad service and the sales person told me I needed a new phone because I had water damage. I come to find out after going to the Apple store that my phone is perfectly fine and I just didn't have good cell service from my carrier. The lady in apple store showed me on her iPad that the service for AT&T wasn't good for anybody. I got lied to at the AT&T store. I will never go back. read more

Went to this location to upgrade phone for my son. The sales reps were only concerned about how much they can up sell free iPad mini activation charges and tax. As we are activating new phone they told me I would have to pay $99 for taxes on the $700 phone. I explained taxes aren't over 12% in the County. He said it was activation charge also. I called att and was told I don't get charged activation charge on upgrade as long as I go to a corporate store which this is. Also watched them do a similar scam to an older woman who was very confused. They wanted $20 to transfer date from old phone to new. Must be new owners. Old manager Was a great guy. read more

Very Convenient location since I live in Harrison and what amazing customer service I received from Sonny. I was in need of a new phone and Sonny was patient and explained all of my options and how everything would work. I purchased a new phone and he even helped backup and transfer everything so I wouldn't lose anything from my old phone since my backup wasn't working. He even offered to help unlock my old phone so I could sell it easier. He had everything that I needed in the store. I highly recommend this store and Sonny to anyone! read more

This store used to be a great place to go to when Joshua Rodriguez and those guys ran it. Now it's a complete disaster. All these guys do is blatantly lie and make up their own charges and policies. I went to activate an Iphone 6s + on prepaid service that I had used several times before on prepaid. I do this when my relatives are visiting from France. I already had a brand new SIM Card from before and I was told in this store I would have to buy another SIM Card for $50 and that they cannot activate SIM Cards that aren't purchased from them. I was also told that there would be an activation fee of $50 plus the cost of the prepaid rate plan and that I must go with the $65 rate plan. AT&T has a 6 GB plan for $45 and that was way more than I would need and that was what I wanted. Needless to say I was told absolutely not and there was no such plan. I left this store angry and then went to the store in Mamaroneck not realizing it was under the same ownership. In that store they were even more rude than in Harrison. I had to go all the way to CT to a Corp store to get this accomplished. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF OR CONNED. read more
