They charged me for home internet equipment even though the sales associate said there's no up front fees for equipment. I paid 55 for that. Then when I called their customer support for help with installation since it wasn't working, no one came out even after following up for 2 weeks. I had to finally return the equipment, but by the time it registered as returned I was billed a second month for internet that I was unable to access. They are a scam. Just go to T-Mobile. At&T cut our copper lines 2 months ago without reason or warning leaving us without phones or internet. We are a small family business. They cost is over $10,000 in loss of sales and created a nightmare of a situation. After months of trying to call them they refuse to fix the situation by restoring our service. We have not been able to pay our bills without internet because our credit cards did not go through. AT&T cut our service, refuses to restore it, forcing us to go to Comcast. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 2nd time getting screwed over by AT&T. Sadly they have the best coverage and treat their customers like dirt because they know that. I spoke with Maria who misled me on my phone trade in. I came back in a few days later to finish up the deal as she said I could do, and then we were told that their deal no longer applied. After upgrading a phone and being instructed to update the new phone from the old phone and then to bring the old phone back to the store for a credit to the account. The store manager was rude, belligerent and treatment with total disrespect. He would not listen and refused to take the phone back. He didn't even look up my account just stood at the front door telling me there was nothing he would do. I had to call ATT and they resolved the problem. I then asked to file a complaint against the manager of the store and requested an apology of the treatment I received. If this is how this store does business I highly recommend people stay away!!! read more

0 Stars!! If you own a business seek another provider. I own a business that has over 60 devises. AT&T doesn't not provide personal service. Since day one, they have offered plans that never pan out. I had a plan, but every month the bill was different. I had no overages, but my bill was never the same. They can never explain why they charges were always different because the reps don't know what is going on. The services reps will enter notes into there system, to make themselves look good. Those notes are never correct. If you dispute the charges to the upper management, they will only look at the notes. They will not listen to the customer and simply give you an ultimatum. Yes, the upper management gave my business an ultimatum. Pay or go elsewhere!! UNREAL!! They screwed up my bill, then expected me to pay for all the extra charges. Corporate bullies!! As I read the only reviews for this location I was hesitant about coming here. Unfortunately out of desperation it was a must since I was told they were the closest (and just about only) location that had what I needed. I actually left another location (which will be getting rated substantially lower) and came here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, as any other customer after me. If they couldn't wait in you right away, they at least acknowledge your presence. For my situation it almost seemed like I was lied to again by the previous location, but after talking it over with the manager, my life saver/sales associate spoke to the manager and came through with releasing a phone to me!!!! As I was already crunched for time, he then brought over Theo to set it up and drop proof it by installing my screen protector and case for me quickly! All this done in a matter of 30 minutes!!! They even had the time to interact with my minion (2year old) Not sure who the employees were in the in the previous reviews, but I highly recommend this location. I'll be back! read more

The person who helped appears to only have been interested in the sale, and not giving accurate or honest information. Very, very helpful! Jonathan was incredible. I walked in this store with my in-laws who were in a HUGE rush to the airport but forgot their "flip" phone at home- 2hrs away. I live in The Woodlands so they came to me in a panic and needed a "throw away phone", as they call it, very quickly for their trip. They do not know smart phones, but Jonathan immediately waited on us before the front door even closed behind us. Trust me, he had his work cut out for him, but he handled them with grace and so much patience! My in-laws only needed to learn how to dial and answer. We were out the door in 10 minutes with a quick smart phone lesson and very inexpensive one month plan! Will return to this store! read more

0 stars, Manager Christopher actually told me to leave the store because I would not accept his reason for denying my warranty claim. Then he told me nobody else would help me because he decided the conversation was over. Second manager came over and was very polite, told me they would not accept my phone under warrantee unless it looked LIKE NEW. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 active that got the famous REDLINE on the screen, on samsung.com forum shows its a factory defect not caused by anything. "Genius" manager Christopher thought it's because some mysterious substance got under my screen. So to end this matter Christoper told me to file a claim through the insurance and leave. Before leaving a sales rep who heard Christopher's nonsense told me that Samsung will replace the phone directly because it's a KNOWN issue. I ended up calling them, and they are resolving it directly within literally 10 minutes of calling samsung. Christopher deserves to go to a training course to teach him how to treat customers, or at least people in general. read more

AT&T customer for 15 years. Went in for an upgrade for failing phone. No problem there. When the salesperson tried to "upsell" me things went south. With the upgrade I was eligible for an Iwatch. Oh. None in stock. We will call you when one comes in. No calls. Stopped by to inquire and nothing ordered. Tried to order and guess what...I'm no longer eligible. On 6/21/2017 I went to the ATT store to add an extra line.  Maria told me there's a promotion on a tablet.   I said OK -  When I arrived home, my husband pointed out - I already had the service option - the extra fee was duplicate monthly charge.  Less than 24 hours, I went back to the store to cancel and return the device.  They informed me there's a $45 restocking fee -   I complained there shouldn't be such a charge -  It's a duplicate service and I had 14 days to return if I'm unhappy.   I just wanted my refund.  I spoke to the Asst. Store Mgr -Christopher Fenandez who  refused to discuss the problem and told me to leave the store or they would call the police.  I've never been so insulted in my life.   Ripped off by ATT and incompetent employees who defrauded me.  I returned the device at another store but stuck with the $45 restocking fee.   FTC complaint Number 8516330 I contacted corp. and they refunded the $45 restocking fee.  They're answer to customer service at the Sawdust road- call the police - read more

Worst customer service ever, especially rude and trashy manager Mike. Came to inquiry about Internet service and specifically ask not to pull my credit. They did it anyway. Came back to ask them to remove it and trashy Mike asked me for proof that they did it. It clearly shows a hard pull from ATT on the same day on my credit report. Trashy Mike even asked me to leave. I have been going around and around with att for so long on the same issue that im tired of hearing myself but i will not give up. we were lied to when we changed over to att(big mistake) from verizon. we were told they would credit us $300 per line PLUS give $200 for the phone tradein. like dumbasses we did it. They did give us a $200 gift card that could only be used at att store. And that is where it ended. No more credits. we were told 45 days after opening the account. then it was 90 days. then the manager at the sawdust location said no the promo was 300 per line and that is including the 200 for the phones. ok so where is the remainder of the credits? they sure were not given to me. I have gone in person multiple times, btw different story every time. I have called many times, i have been transferred to the wrong dept, i have been given promises that the supervisor would take care of it and call me back. ALL LIES i went back to verizon I cant stand att and im cancelling my uverse with them also.
