Worst service. Went in today to get a phone looked at the phone was purchased 1-10-19 and it is now 1-21-19. And phone screen is black but it rings when getting called. Showed up to store showed them that phone was pretty much brand new and not damaged. Was told to take it to apple to get it fixxed that it was no longer there problem that only apple could help me. Asked for a new phone but was denied looked up there return policy from att. Which is 30 days no questions. The fcc and att presidents office in Colorado will return your call and will do something about it. This place needs to get shut down. read more

I have had a bad experience with att the company before and then I had Elizabeth, I think, help me yesterday on the phone. I set everything up, added a line and just walked in and picked up my order home. It was a really good experience. read more

I usually hate going to att because there service isnt great but i needed a new sim card for my phone i purchased of the internet so i went in and was helped immediately. Francisco was very informative and even gave me some tips for my new phone (galaxy s6). Really knew his stuff and super friendly was in and out in twenty minutes! Like i said i dont like going into the att store but had a great experience, will recommend this employee for sure! read more

I, Henri Yadgari, switched from Verizon to AT&T with the understanding that there would be enough credits issued to cover my Early Termination fees and also be credited for switching my business lines. I have been having numerous issues getting these credits and finally came into the Turlock store today (12/30/16) and Ophie Armenta and Rhonda Lugo took excellent care of me and resolved all my issues quickly and efficiently. If i could give 0 stars I would. ATT has caused nothing but a huge head ache for me. It was a long long process to try to switch over to another account. I do understand they have protocols so at first I was understanding. After 3 days of back and forth I was finally able to switch over to a new account. I then decided I wanted to get a new phone. I never backed up my pictures to icloud (bad mistake) and I trusted them to transfer my pictures over to my new phone. When they told me it was done I trusted them and went home and didn't bother to look at anything until I got home, only to find out not even half of my pictures were transferred over. Some of them were precious memories. Beyond annoyed with the service there. read more

I had a great experience at the Turlock AT&T store. I was having a problem with my phone and they helped me upgrade to a better one. They are always so nice and helpful and take the time to explain things to me very thoroughly. I will never go to another AT&T store!! This one is priceless!! My sister and I went in to upgrade to the new iphone8 plus. We had called and made an appointment and checked stock to make sure that they had a rose gold and black iPhone 8 plus 256gb in stock. Once we arrived, we were directed to an employee named marla who was very rude and short with us. It was towards the end of her shift and she seemed like we were just a number to her. After telling her what we want and that we called ahead, she tells my sister they don't have the rose gold in stock. She says that the previous rep lied to you over the phone because they haven't had that in stock for the past 2 days. Ugh. we went above and beyond to work with att, but they dropped the ball in all areas. If I could give zero stars I would. We went into add an existing At&t customer to my account. The kid told us we have to go home and call customer service because he can't do that. BUT he was able to add me to the other persons existing account. That did not make sense. Then we bought and IPhone X, he said he wasn't able to save any of the information on the old phone. (Which is weird because we got home and did it just fine) Overall, it was just a lack of customer service and care. read more

I hate to write this review but I was lied to by the store manager Rhonda on the services I was signing up for. My father had recently passed and I needed to switch services under my name. I was sold at&t internet and direct tv package plus home security. She had told me I would receive 1 year of premium channels as a total tv package. Also that my bill would be combined with my home security. 5 months later and nothing has combined. My bill has gone up in my tv/internet services and also in my cell phone services the rates went up! Ive been on the phone multiple times with at&t and I've been on hold for hours!!!!!!! They cannot resolve anything! I am having anxiety trying to deal with people on the phone. Stay away from promotions at&t has to offer because in the long run it will bite you in the ass. read more

I would like to start off by saying that we had an amazing experience to what started off a bit irritable and frustrating experience. Especially since we were switching from Verizon for horrible customer service and wireless service itself. We had walked in to have 4 numbers switched to att. Had Daniel to help us out in our transfer. Long story short we could see Daniel getting frustrated about the system (not his fault) but did all the right things by asking for help from his peers. Which we appreciated but also a bit frustrated because it was taking so long. He had finally called in his manager Rhonda L. to come help with the situation and voila things started rolling. I really appreciate what Rhonda did for us. We believe she went above and beyond what any manager has ever done for us. Not only with our new cell service but also other things. So my 2 month old wireless modem goes out and AT&T tech support tells me I can exchange in store or they can ship me one....so I opted to exchange it (I wanted to checkout there new blue tooth's) I brought in the box etc in came in and told the sales person (who was training another guy) explained my situation. FIRST. he didn't know why tech support told me to bring in my wireless modem there...I'm at AT&T right??? Well, yes but you don't have cell phone service with us so I cant find you in our computers. So I got out my bill that I just paid that said AT&T...HUH?? OK SECOND. They finally find me and since I'm still under warranty they''ll swap it out, great!! So he takes it out of the box and tells the trainee go get her another one. He looks in the box just to make sure it's the correct one. THIRD. Then he starts asking me if I want U-Verse etc and I said I'm really tight on time and need to get going but thanks anyway. So I get home open the box and it's NOT WIRELESS .........REALLY.... So I call down there and he said I wouldn't even be in the computer if I didn't have cell service with them........OMG!! So he put me on hold and I waited for about 5 min and finally gave up. Called AT&T and there shipping me another. Don't bother going there if it's computer related (how ironic that they have IPad's etc there) and with all that technology they still can't figure out stuff!! read more

If there was a negative 17 button I would give them that. HORRIBLE. Had ATT Uverse/Directv. Move to a new place that does not have ATT available so we had to cancel. Huge mess. I continued to get bills from them. They continued to call offering discounts even after continued to inform them couldnt even get the service because they didnt offer it. Went to the store on numerous occasions and every single time I got the "well idk". There is one guy there, Pete, he's great. Other than that, embarrassing. The manager, Michael, complete idiot. The actual service itself was awesome, I cannot remember one time where there was an issue as far as losing service or drop. But as many others reviewing this place are saying, the customer service is THAT BAD. They add stuff to your account without telling you, they change your bill, they literally know nothing. It is honestly a crooked company and in this particular Turlock store it does not surprise me when you have a total idiot like Michael in charge of people. Go somewhere else. Charter Spectrum has recently updated their internet speeds and while I havent heard the best things about the tv, I know have their internet and it is amazing.
