A young sales associate assisted, he seemed to be in a hurry, told me how his baby mother trapped him (TMI). We didn't even know the transaction was over, he just walked off. They sent the kit for me to trade in my old devices to an address I haven't lived at for YEARS because he didn't even bother to verify my current mailing address. I went back to the store thinking I could just trade in my devices when another sales associate gave me the wrong shipping label, so I am glad that I caught that before mailing my devices. It has been very frustrating just trying to trade in devices and part of me regrets ever switching service to this provider. I think there needs to be more attention to detail from the employees in this store.

She had no name badge on. We will call her pigtails because that is what stands out about her.) Pigtails greeted me, but not because they were happy to serve anyone. More like it was very hard to show any emotion whatsoever. The very moment they found out that my phone had no insurance on it, I got the we can't help you expression on their faces. Mind you, I canceled my insurance last week because my phone is old. My phone is an Samsung S8 and Samsung is now up to S21. My phone for the past 2 days has been very slow and sluggish. Nearly all of the important apps I used would work properly. I was hoping they could fix the problem, but I started having doubts that these two people would have the answer not long after I arrived. These two people were not very helpful with informant on the new phones. Especially Adam since he was really the on dealing with me. Information is on the glass near the phone, but I was hopping to hear the information from him. It never happened. I wasn't able to get my $400 trade in for my phone, because my account is one day past due. This makes no difference that I already had a paid arrangement with T-mobile. Ms. Piggy started to get sarcastic with me and I held off from dropping her down a bottomless well in my mind and in person. Instead I decided to call T-Mobile and try to get some help with them. Once again, the first person I spoke to, was very reluctant to try and work things out. Zero points for Nutmeg. I seriously had had enough with T-Mobile. In my annoyance, I must have said "T-Mobile has just lost a client. " I left the store and a minute later a supervisor of T-Mobile called me back. Nicole really set the standard of customer service. She is the very reason this store gets two stars instead of one star. Although she was able to do the upgrade I turned it down. During my time on the phone i was able to figure out what was slowing down my phone. Amazing things can happen when you fuck around with your phone. Now that my phone is back to the way it was, I will hold off from upgrading my phone for a month or six. Thanks Nicole. When I first entered I was welcomed very politely into the store by the three young ladies working at the time, Jasmine, Elizabeth and Grace. They answered all my questions about the company with very detailed and informative responses and because of that, I am ready to move over to T-Mobile from my current company. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon after what seemed like a ton of unsuccessful experiences with Verizon (via the online customer service tool and another Verizon location). Due to prior Verizon customer support not being able to determine a successful resolution to my issue, I was essentially without a workable phone for almost three full days. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by Craig who asked what brought me in. After I explained what my issue was and explained my experience thus far with Verizon regarding this issue, he immediately assured me that it was a quick fix (which it was). He quickly learned that the last step of setting up my eSIM was unfortunately not completed successfully (which was activating the eSIM) which caused none of my calls, text, and internet services to work without WiFi. With his knowledge and expertise, I was probably at Verizon for all of 15 minutes, if that, and left with a working phone. Big props to Craig, who allowed me to leave as a satisfied customer.

They told me they still don't have the claim available. I asked them how long it usually takes for claims to come in. The employee told me an hour....sir it's been two hours. I've been trying to fix my phone for three days now and all they do is give you the run around probably until you don't show your face anymore. Seems like they have too many claims to handle for 2-3 employees. Mind you I pay monthly for insurance so I expect way better service and quicker service. I just need a replacement because that's what the employee told me they do for broken mics. I just want to fix my phone so I can upgrade my phone and get out of yalls hair.
