Came here based on the reviews and am now backing them up! I dropped my iPhone this morning and shattered the back of it. A quick yelp search led me here. I walked in at opening and Naim was able to immediately fix my phone! It took an hour so I grabbed a sandwich at JJ 3 stores down while he fixed it. My screen protector was wrecked as well because I was living the "no case life" and he fixed that free of charge! It was $150 to fix the back screen (120), camera (20), and grabbed a phone case (10). Naim saved my phone! I had some pictures that I didn't back up of my newborn and I mistakenly threw my phone in the washer. I didn't have high expectations and I was seriously distraught over it. I know water damage can be insidious but I went to go pick up my phone up and it was 100% functional. I did a LOT of research before deciding on Cellphone Specialists, LLC. I am very skeptical about cellphone repair shops, because most advertise a lot but don't actually deliver crystal-clean, diamond-quality work. Thankfully, Cellphone Specialists did all of that and more. I requested a quote from them, which they honored. I also had two clear screen protectors put on, each for different phones. I expected to find a select few Samsung-genuine products for sale in their shop, but I didn't find any. They also sell generic cellphone cases and cables as well, in addition to Refurbished phones. Their refurbished phones pricing aligns with what you would find in secondhand markets. The quality of the screen repair of my S8 was perfect. It was completed in about two hours. The screen protector installation was perfect, no issues or any problems with the protector whatsoever. It's laser-cut, so you can expect precision every time. The shopping center it's in is very clean and open-feel like, which provides a great atmosphere. Naim did a great job for me, replacing the screen on my iPhone7. He let me watch (both of us wearing masks) and his phone surgery skills are quite evident.
