They don't know what is going on and had to look on google to do things. They will lie to you to get you to sign up and once you pay that activation fee, you're on your own. Activated two devices here without a clear understanding of what was going on because I was blatantly lied to. When I came back to clarify some things all they told me was "you're not stuck here and we'll cancel everything and you can go back to your old carrier." Uhhh can we get my 50$ activation fee? NOPE! I then went to another the other branch in New Road where they helped me clear everything out. I found out how much lies I was told, but they were able to clarify everything and fixed it. The cherry on top of my experience here was when I found out when I signed up for the Veteran discount, I had to verify that stuff or else after 60 days if I do not, I will never be able to sign up for it and I would have lost all the discounts! Man. Don't come here because you'll be wasting hours of your time.

We had to figure out the cause ourselves. The second time, a phone was incorrectly ordered with a new line instead of the existing one. He dismissed us, told us to go to Best Buy, and made no effort to solve the confusion. He avoided eye contact and seemed indifferent throughout. In contrast, other staff here explain issues thoroughly. I would avoid dealing with this employee if possible.

My wife and I switched our phone service and internet to AT&T about 6 months ago. We traded in our…read morephones for new iPhones at the time. We were told that the trade in credit would be applied after a couple billing cycles. Still hasn't happened. I call about once a week to check what the holdup is. The manager is never there and never follows up even though he's told me he's looking into it. Additionally, we were signed up for several programs we didn't ask for including a more expensive internet package. Their incompetence has cost me around $2000 worth of trade in credit and many wasted hours on the phone.

I was upset because I paid $150 for them to replace my cracked screen with a cheap poor quality screen. My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen. The shop was very nice and very clean! Highly recommend!
