Horrible experience- actually set up my new phone with the wrong phone number!!!:. I spent 3.5 hours there and has to go to another ATT store - inside the Willow Grove Mall- to get if fixed. They were awesome at the WGM store. One star for Warrington is beyond generous. read more

my mom and i came into this location on a sunday to switch our service from another provider to at&t. the sales rep ariana was helping us until she made several errors. she mistyped my moms number into the system multiple times attaching random numbers to our account that were 1 number off from the correct one. she had to call customer service to cancel this which took an hour. when it was "resolved" my number would still not port. she blamed all of this on a system glitch when it was obviously not and would not admit guilt nor apologize. she ended up "fixing" my moms new phone and left me with no phone, no service, and no number as mine was now in limbo. she asked me if i wanted to get a new number because she couldnt figure out how to fix her mistakes. after leaving we had spent 3 hours in this store, it was now 5pm and all locations were closing soon, and we got nowhere. my mom ended up having a completely incorrect number attached to her new phone that belonged to somebody else! not only did she inconvenience me (i had no phone service for a whole day since i had to work the next day, i couldnt try again until the following evening), my mom who now had a phone with the wrong number, and an innocent victim whose number Ariana poached. GO TO THE WILLOW GROVE LOCATION INSTEAD. although further from doylestown its not worth not being at a corporate store where people are trained to troubleshoot problems. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It starts with us making an appointment at 10am online only to show up for said appointment to find out the store doesn't even open until 11. At 10:50 I called the store figuring if someone was there we could get in early, when the person answered the phone and I asked if they were open, he said, "Yes, at 11". Our salesperson (and I use that term lightly) was THE worst!!! Jason A. could care less about his job. He mumbled most of what he said, was obviously bored with us and shut our phone # down prior to making sure we could log into our Apple account. As the apps started to populate on the new phone it was taking a while so he said, "Your phone doesn't like our WiFi". He sent us home prior to the apps being downloaded because he didn't want to wait any longer. We have been on the phone with Apple for two days now trying to get it all fixed and it still isn't. Here's the bottom line... if your job is to help customers and you are supposedly the "expert" on the phones then you should be happy to help layman with the technology. So poor. read more

I visited this location twice in the last 2 months -- Originally went here because they are listed as an Approved Apple Retailer : First time I Bought an Apple phone and was told that I needed to purchase the AppleCare warranty today or Apple would not cover my phone. This was a Christmas gift and as I was new to Apple products, I did purchase what turns out to be the Extended warranty coverage. Okay, my bad for not doing my homework on that one. However, visit #2 : walked in and signed in on que` - told that rep I was there for the express purpose of setting up the new phone. My turn - other rep immediately began our interaction by successively selling me other products - Direct TV / Contracts +Data plans / and an Apple Warranty. Needless to say, I excused myself in the interest of my time. Manager (same Rep @ checkin) then intercepted me while I was leaving about ?Why. I reviewed all that transpired, which his reply was then " All Reps are to offer (read SELL) all our services to each customer." I thanked him, and wished him GoodLuck With That. The young man at 2 oclock on Saturday the 29th was so polite and patient. I have always had favorable experience in Warrinton not in other local storee. Michael H at this AT&T talked me into an Apple Watch as part of an upgrade transaction for one of the iPhones on our plan. He stated that with the promotion there would be no increase in my bill and that any charges would be offset by a monthly credit. This was a lie and fraud. I am now locked into a 30 month payment plan and monthly service charge for a watch that I did not want. This store is now temporarily closed. The nearby Warrington store confirmed that no such promotion existed and that I was sold a watch at full price. Furthermore it was too late to return it once I realized that the billing was not as promised in the store. read more

Long wait to get helped and rude manager who said that I should have called ahead and made an appointment if I wanted to talk about my service plan. This location sold my whole family our phones( 4 phones) but the moment I needed help with understanding what they sold me, ha. They treated me like a second class citizen. read more

Everyone at this AT&T is awesome. Having only experienced the sales/tech people in Philly previously, I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive, patient and knowledgeable the reps are in this store. We switched to the Next plan for two of our three lines, and they explained (what can be complicated) very well, making sure we understood everything every step of the way. They were kind to my (very bored) children, worked quickly, knew everything we asked them, and offered lots of options. When considering some other options, they were never pushy which was appreciated. Smiles on everyone's faces made it easy to be there for the hour + it takes to do some of the switches. Just being friendly goes a long way, and these guys (and gal) certainly are. read more

I visited this store for guidance in reducing my extremely high bill for just 2 lines. I was advised by a store employee to get Direct TV and I would immediately see a reduction in my bill for both Direct Tv and mobile phone. Instead my bill increased to double my original bill, I have a monstrosity of a "dish" on my front lawn, and I didn't even want direct tv. many promises made by both store employees and manager. I will never deal with this store again. They are terrible. read more

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have put it. Steer clear. Only person in the store worth talking to is Brian. No one else has a clue what they are talking about, and have made an enemy. I have been with AT&T since when it was Cingular wireless still. That has been a long time, as most of you know. My whole family is on AT&T with me, and I went in with a few questions about the new Next plan, and my son ended up leaving with a new phone, and I switched mine to the next as well (losing my grandfathered in unlimited data) because it seemed like a good deal, and I even picked up a tablet on sale. I decided later that night to return the tablet, though it said nothing about the $35 restock fee, I took it and said fine and came in to the store. I get there and they now tell me it is $45 and that I am lying because no one would have said $35 (this coming from the person who TOLD me $35 on the phone). They got my money, but I will be taking all of mine, and hopefully my friends and families business elsewhere. This store seems to be loaded with crooks. We called the corporate line and find out ALL of the information they gave us in the store about plan pricing, and information was all wrong, and basically conned us in to switching plans. Employees are so dead set on pushing this new plan that they will lie, cheat, and steal their way to get the sales, after being told by the salesman that the reason they have the AT&T Next is because they know customers don't want to be tied to one plan, and this allows them to change when they want without fees, as it should be, because big AT&T doesn't care about customer retention. Yet they push these plans as hard as they can by lying! Ridiculous. Steer clear as far as possible. Do your research BEFORE going in to the store, otherwise risk leaving with a lot of bad information, and possibly a great deal less money. It seems the employes have a commission based earning, and they make it clear that they want that plan sold and that plan only. They will try to convince you that you will soon be REQUIRED to take the Next plan, which is NOT TRUE. DO not let them con you. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going to this location for 10 years and trust the people who work there but it's obviously not owned by the same people anymore. I was flat out lied to and sold on opening a business account because I would get a free iPhone 8 and only be paying slightly more than I was at the time. I am now paying almost $100 more a month thanks to them. My first phone bill was over $500! I was also told to use auto pay because it would save me $10 per line so he added 2 additional lines on top of the two lines I already pay for. I'm paying $50 per line for those two lines on top of my regular bill. I didn't know that was going to be the case. Like millions of other people I was laid off because of COVID-19 and woke up to $275 taken out of my account for my phone bill. Needless to say I desperately need that money for food and medicine. I've been with AT&T for almost 20 years but will be leaving now. I feel violated and like I've been robbed. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! read more

I was in this store before Christmas buying a phone for my daughter. The sales MANAGER took care of my purchase and he was very accommodating. While checking out he tells me about this "special promotion" that allows him to GIVE me free of charge (first hint) an LTE 4G tablet. He said there were no fees for the tablet and my only exposure was that if using the tablet it would use data from our shared plan. He actually offered me two tablets - because he was such a "nice guy". I received my bill and I have been charged a $40 activitation charge on each tablet - I also have $10 mobile share fee for each tablet as well as all of the taxes and administrative fees. I also have an additional line that i was charged for and i have no idea why. When calling customer support they also informed me that this location ran my credit in order to activate these lines and that i should have been informed and approved this to happen. These FREE tablets added $155.52 to my recurring monthly charges!!! Are you kidding me ATT Warrington PA. manager??? You should be ashamed of yourself. This is fraud and just plain wrong! read more

Lynn fixed my phone, i was having a sim card issue on an iphone 4s. She was very nice and im almost disappointed i didnt have to buy a phone because she certainly deserved the commission. The poor lady explained the contract vs next plan information more than a few times for us because i just couldnt comprehend it. Total screw job they officially ripped me off over $400 dollars because of their associates in ability to properly do their job. Opened a biz account and instructed At&t to transfer my numbers. Instead secretly left on account open and double billed me. 4 months of extra payments of $100+ they told me there is nothing they can do and basically called me a lier. I had no other reason for opening the account. Amazingly horrible! Luis did help me get the number finally corrected and did a great job, but the support he has behind him is awful. read more

Don't go here. I've been here twice and both times I have left empty handed because I just couldn't sit there anymore waiting for their associates to figure out their own computer systems enough to get MY plan right. Then I was told that they didn't have he phone I wanted in stock so they'd overnight it to the store and I could come pick it up after 12:00 the next day. 3 days later I finally get a call saying my phone came in. Too late. I already cancelled my order and went to a corporate store down the street. Oh, and they offered me a "free" tablet. Don't fall for that either. Read the fine print because they sure didn't before they pitched to you. The manager is kind of a jerk-off too. read more
