Main Store for Verizon and staff is knowledgeable. They have all the products available and add ons that you need for your equipment.

Pleasantly surprised by the employees at this branch. They were all very friendly and ensured each person coming in was checked in. I worked with Lauren, and despite my obvious frustration with my phone's problem, she was very kind and patient, and solved my issue (not seeing voicemail notifications for over a year; she replaced the SIM and it worked!). After reading a few other poor reviews, mine is aligned with those. Failing SIM card on a corporate phone. Checked in at this store, waited & watched. The "manager" Dan handled himself poorly on ever interaction I witnessed. Very pompous & clearly the manager title has created a power dynamic in the store. I feel bad for those working there with him. Clearly he thinks he is the CEO, not a people leader of a local storefront. Good leaders always treat their employees as equals, & rarely do those being serviced know which person is the manager. Dan the manager wasted 20mins of my time & we finally arrived at he needed an "authorized" person present to confirm my SIM card swap. I told him my company is based out of state & it would help if he could let me know who was authorized so perhaps I could have them reach out. 1st names only were given in a long list as he scrolled his tablet of power....how does this help?? Clearly this employee needs some management & customer service training Oh and by the way after contacting my company, they were surprised this whole interaction happened as swapping a broken SIM card does not make any authorized changes to an account, so there would be no need for an "authorized" person. My company quickly activated the ESIM within the phone & I went on about my day with cell service intact. Verizon, I am an employee of a large corporation & these type of inconveinent interactions with employees who represent you make it easier to switch to AT&T when asked what service provided we would like to use (yes we are asked this). Sarcasm and cussing. I'm very aware that the worlds current situation has made things stressful for businesses. I am also very familiar with customer service as I have been in that business for a long time. There's a sign that says wait outside but it was 40 degrees and windy and there was only one person in the store. We stepped just inside the doorway to ask a question and it was instant attitude from Pete the manager. " can we come in? It's really cold. " Pete said "Well it is November " We only wanted to ask about an unlimited plan and he proceeded to try to sell us all the things. A few other people tried to walk in to get out of the cold and he proceeded to give them attitude. When they left he said " there is a big ass sign outside that says to wait" Not cool. read more

We have a business account so went to this corporate store. In the past we have always been treated well. I have never been treated so rudely. We were promptly checked in the given to a saleswoman. She was extremely rude, made no eye contact, was chopping her gum and blowing bubbles. Several times we asked her questions and she could not answer them. She seemed extremely annoyed that she had to help us. Told her what phone we needed, case and screen protector. She told us the total. I asked to see the case since she didn't even have us pick out she just choose one. When I asked her about transferring data she stated no she could not because it was 6:15. I never had this happen there before. Then she told me if they did the data transfer we would have to pay $30.00. She called her manager over to explain to us and referred to us as these people. I told him we were being treated rudely. He didn't not care. We walked out and will never be back. Clearly the salesperson needs some training. Being polite goes along way. I was in need of a new phone so my husband said all right let's go get a new phone I went into the Verizon store in Warrington which is the one we always go to because it supposed to be a main branch well after I sat there for over an hour to wait my turned , which I get waiting , the kid came up to me I told him what I wanted he looked at me he said oh let me just see ,, if we have any but I think we're out of stock maybe 30 seconds later he came back through the door and said yeah no we don't have and I don't know when we will !! Needless to say after being extremely uncomfortable and sitting there and that was the answer I was fit to be tied I got up and I hobbled out of there that well I am beyond annoyed that I had to sit there for an hour to get that kind of an answer he should've asked me in the beginning if you're looking for the 13 Pro we don't have it I feel like that was such a unprofessional I am beyond aggravated I have been a Verizon customer for over 18 years and you know what at this point I went and bought a phone somewhere else and Verizon is to the point where you were going to get ready to get punched it to the curb you're not only ridiculously expensive you had the worst customer service and experience I had there was beyond unacceptable I was in the service business that would've never fly! you're letting the store be run by a bunch bunch of kids who care less the are all for the social. I was there for 45 minutes!!!! So as far as I'm concerned I will never ever go purchase another product or deal with them ever again not happening I think you should need to know what goes on in your stores but obviously you don't care or you would be letting this happen so I'm hope you're happy that I went and I spent my $1300 somewhere else where they offered specials but not you because were Old existing customers so we're being punished for that well that's gonna change real fast!!!I am extremely disappointed and annoyed at the way the whole thing went down is that people running around discussing each other's Teslas I mean employees !!I'm done you are in deep trouble if this is how you plan on running this business I know you really don't care if it's corporate but there's a lot of people in this world who work really hard for their money like me and I'm gonna put up with this kind of crap I am beyond annoyed between your terrible customer service on the phone and then this at the store. The staff at this store couldn't be less interested in helping with a problem. They barely are interested in sales and offer NO customer service when you walk in. The only staff person who approached us was rude and dismissive when asked about a problem with my phone. I don't like giving Verizon wireless even one star. Their service is just awful, from the time you sign up for their service until the time you get so sick of them that you go with another carrier like I did. It is hard to imagine a company with worse customer service. I wrote two letters, both of which have gone unanswered. Made multiple calls, unable to get to speak to a live person. I have no other options left, except to contact the Office of the Attorney General in Pennsylvania. Do yourself a favor, and do not get Verizon Wireless. read more

Phone froze during a shopping trip so I went to the nearest store. Walked into store with three employees and one customer- no one greeted me. I waited a few minutes and interrupted the employee working with the customer and inquired if there was anyone else that could assist me. He asked me to wait a minute and walked to the back of the store -two minutes later. A minute later a gentleman name Jason (not one of the three on the floor) appeared and asked if I had been helped. Jason fixed my problem in two seconds (literally) and was quite pleasant. I wanted so bad to trash this place but decided to compliment Jason instead. I wish all employees were as knowledgeable and really appreciated his professionalism. Thank you Jason! read more

Don't go to this store unless you adore employees who are rude, condescending, arrogant, who don't listen to what you have to say and constantly interrupt you. If you enjoy that sort of thing as a consumer who pays lots of money every month for your phone service - this is the store for you. All of the employees who were not with customers were standing around and playing on their personal phones. Couldn't even be bothered to look up when I walked in. This happened at both visits. I went in this past Thursday afternoon with a dead phone. The account is owned by someone else and in order for me to proceed with getting a working phone, a few things had to happen. As I had no phone, I could not contact this person. The manager - Anthony - was very nice and helpful and called this person while I hung out for about an hour. We could not reach her and I went home and contacted her online - got her to do what she needed to do in order for me to get a working phone, and I went back to the store yesterday. I was there for literally five minutes before I got so furious I had to walk out. Anthony was not in, and i started to explain the situation to another employee. As soon as he heard that my account was owned by someone else he interrupted me and said, "There's nothing I can do." (This is a lie. The account was brought up to date and my phone - which is under contract - was dead. All he had to do was give me a new phone.) He REFUSED to call the account holder to explain to her that she needed to call customer service if I wanted to open my own account with the same phone number (which I understood but again, I DID NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. I would have had to drive all the way home and contact her online to tell her to call customer service and then drive all the way back to the store.) When I started to explain that Anthony had managed to call her the day before he got very uppity and interrupted me again and said something to me I can't even believe I heard: "Well, Anthony is a manager so he doesn't know anything." What 1970's porn-star wanna be employee did not seem to grasp was that AT THAT MOMENT I was still on the contract I was on and he could have given me a working phone if he had not been an arrogant, self-important jerk. But he was so busy being "right" he would not let me speak and asked the female employee next to him to repeat what he'd said to me. As though I am deaf. As though it would sound any different coming out of her mouth. I walked out and headed for a smaller franchise where I was treated with respect and received the phone I needed. I will NEVER go back to the Warrington store and I hope Anthony knows that his employees have absolutely no respect for him. read more

Horrible service!!! The store ordered me an iPhone 6 and 7th day after activation the screen just cracked by itself (I put it in my pocket) without dropping. Since it was within 14 days tryout days, I took the phone back asking for a replacement. The guy said they wouldn't take the damaged product back. I said it was a defected product because I just put it in my pocket and the screen just cracked without strong force, he said he was not sure I really dropped it or not, I felt insulted that he said that by not trusting customer's words! I have been with Verizon wireless for 10 years and I have perfect credit from my history. I feel horrible that the store doesn't want to even make any effort or take any responsibility for customer especially I purchased the device through them! And it's only 7 days after usage! Sure I'll visit Apple Store as they suggested. I learn the lesson that I'll never purchase the phone from them. read more

I've had bad experiences with the stores in Willow Grove Mall and Plymouth Meeting Mall and began to expect that is just the level of service Verizon Wireless is ok with giving. Enter the Warrington store. The manager (whose name evades me but I think it's Steve) helped me out where both of the other stores failed, even after being told by support how to assist me. A second time I came back for something simple. I didn't expect that there was anything he could've done to make that visit exceptional, but he did it again. The sales people are incredibly helpful and give great customer service. I will definitely go back to this store and have already recommended to my friends that they go to the Warrington store when they want people who know what they're doing and are willing to help. read more

Buyer Beware (January 6, 2016): Unfortunately, my experience was not the same as the previous reviewer's. Let me begin, this is not a true Verizon Wireless store. It is a subsidiary of Verizon Wireless owned by a private person. If you're looking for the best of Verizon Wireless I highly recommend you seek out a Verizon Wireless Corporate store which is held to higher ethical standards. That being said, this store who is currently being managed by an Indian person named Diamond believes in the practice of dishonesty when it comes to discussing costs for cellular plans and will blatantly lie to you when you question him when you receive your first bill. He fails to disclose activation fees, line fees etc. When I asked for a refund after canceling my contract (within the allowable timeframe) because he did not disclose these hidden fees he stated to me, "I'm not going to give you your money back I work for the company". Consequently, it was a Verizon Wireless Corporate store that informed me I was entitled to a refund and that I needed to go to the store that sold me the cellular plan because they were privately owned and could not help me. Lastly, what I found equally disturbing was when I was being signed up for a cellular plan Diamond and his coworker (who was also Indian) were speaking in their native tongue and I should've taken this is a red flag. Instead of naming him Diamond his parents should've named him Coal. read more

Stopped in today for help with my 3 month old phone that was not charging. Purchased at the Verizon Store in Quakertown, but was passing by this store on the way home from work. The young man who waited on me (did not get his name) did not even look at the phone. I told him it is under warranty; he told me to call Samsung. Said the store does not process warranty work. He said he would process it under my insurance, but I would need to pay the deductible. I explained that other warranty returns had been handled for me thru the Quakertown store without issue and he just shrugged. He was kind of rude...he couldn't have cared less. He ALSO did not explain to me what I found out after calling Verizon Wireless directly. This store is NOT a direct sale store for Verizon Wireless, is not even in their system. They are a privately owned retail store, so obviously cannot give the same level of service as a direct sale store owned by Verizon Wireless. So, if you want the best service, use a direct sale store, not this one. Verizon Wireless (by phone) offered to send me out a new phone, but I have opted to take it personally to the Quakertown store to have them process it for me, to insure that current condition of the phone is verified. read more

Ok so I visited her about a month ago on a Friday afternoon to upgrade my phone and the service was to par however what really set me off is that while I was waiting for the young man who was assuring me return from the back where he was getting some accessories and transferring my data, I overheard two employees a women and another male speaking about what their salaries were. Not only do I personally find it inappropriate to discuss your salary with your peers but even more so with customers in your presence. I could be wrong but from what I over heard, the story I gathered was that the male employee in that conversation was transferring to another location and received a pay increase. When the male in that conversation walked away, I walked over to the women in the conversation and asked to speak to the manager in who I was going to speak to about the employees unprofessional behavior. However to my surprise, when I asked her to speak to the store manager she replied, "I'm the manager, how can I help you?" I was in shock that a manager if all people would act so poorly. I asked her of her name and was going to call the corporate service number to make them aware however time just happened to get away from me. None the less, this stores manager Allison is unprofessional and In my opinion makes this store look very bad. I've advised to my colleagues to refrain from this location. Upper/ corporate management should really reconsider who they promote. read more

I'm disgusted and appalled by this store's service went in for a prepaid phone replacement (emergency extra phone we keep on hand). I should have been worried when guy went out to his car to retrieve packages of phones. Then I was charged $105 for a simple no contract phone.For the record I'm not tech savvy at all. Got home looked up the phone on Verizon.com it's a $29.00 phone. I'll definitely be contacting corporate, PA Attorney General etc and I will advise everyone I know to avoid this store. read more
