Dexter and Thomas are superstars and were a breath of fresh air compared to the other local AT&T store. They were kind, professional, very knowledgable and, best of all, fixed the MAJOR problem created by the other AT&T store that cost me a lot of aggravation and 1.5 days without a phone and time off work to rectify when the other store didn't care at ALL that they had created such a nightmare. This has now become the worst interaction I've had with a wireless company. Came to this store to upgrade two lines to the iPhone 11 Pro. We walked out of the store with those two phones -- as well as two $15/mo insurance plans that we did not authorize, two $5/mo AT&T Next Up charges that we did not authorize, and a missing $300 trade-in promo based on phones we traded in -- that were now out of our possession. We also basically had to beg NOT to buy a case or a screen protector for either phone (these things were bought online, in advance, anticipating this upgrade scenario). If you're keeping track, that's $50 in unauthorized monthly, recurring charges, and $300 in lost promotional credit that we had to call 611 to get corrected. Now we're going to return the phones within he 14-day window and switch all 7 lines to T-Mobile. Steer clear of this store!! read more

Well, we need two I-phones. But it was not a good experience. First, it was bye one great one free for the l-phones we wanted, but only if we ordered direct tv. This is not what I want to do, but the girl trying to sell this to us, let's say-she was annoying. Barely looked 21, and is telling me to look at the big picture--all this would cost us less going forward . But when asked how and how much--she could not tell us, just it would a lot. Nothing could be simple , I got annoyed on just how hard this would be, and how expensive . If we did this their way, our bill was going to go up at $100, or more, and already we pay 223. Apparently we could never lower our bill, ever, and then have direct tv. Just disappointed, will not come back. Looking for a new carrier , and we had been customers For over 8yrs. Steer clear of Chris (beard, tattoo of city skyline) at this store. I went into this store in hopes of lowering our bill because every month they would get higher and higher and we still don't know why. Chris seemed very nice and reviewed our plan with me. After "consulting" me on the best plan based on our usage (we have 2 lines) we switched to the 1 GB plan because that was "all we need." He then offered me a tablet for "1 penny"--who wouldn't want a new tablet for 1 penny? What he DIDN'T tell me about (and what I DID NOT authorize) was the additional monthly fees (data & insurance) for this practically free tablet. Here's the best part: As I was walking away from the counter, he had the balls to HIGH-FIVE his manager or co-worker!! I wondered at the time, what's the big deal? It was a 1 cent sale? But, being that they are commissioned salespeople, he did what was best for HIMSELF instead of for the customer. Now I'm stuck in a 24 month contract for a tablet I have never even taken out of the box. This is not over....I'll be in for a friendly visit soon. Bunch of jerks!! -Maureen read more

This place takes forever to get anything done. Was told a 30 min wait ended up being a 1h 30.

Scam alert:went there for some new phones and somehow got signed up for direct tv now!!automatically charges my account $53!!after the first charge i called the location and they said it was a one time fee for the promotion,now i just got charged a 2nd time another $53!!and u have to jump through hoops to cancel the direct tv account.avoid some time and headaches and go elsewhere for a new phone.hopefully some1 will learn from my mistake read more

Compared to many AT&T locations where service is at best marginal, this one is a winner. I was greeted quickly, questions answered clearly and equipment ordered without incident. The only slight negative is they did not offer shipping to the store. Overall, great job! read more

Jonathan helped me a few days ago upgrade my cracked iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 plus. He was very friendly and helped answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and calm so I felt relaxed. Usually when I'm in at&t stores it takes forever to be greeted and the people aren't so friendly. But not in this location!! Everyone was pleasant and I'm so happy with my new phone! AWFUL!!!! After 27 years we dropped them. HORRENDOUS SERVICE! They made us get a "Free phone" deactivating our phones because they didn't use enough data. Within 10 days we get a message that our new phones that we didn't' want was using too much data and we owed $235.00 over our existing service.. Spent three hours on the phone.. Be careful. I was told I wouldn't get charged a monthly fee for an iPad but it showed up on my bill and they basically told me "oh well" you signed the contract. They also added insurance for a new iPhone that I didn't want. I went back into the store and they fortunately removed it. They can't tell you an exact amount of the new monthly bill for a reason. read more

I have to say this is one of the worst obnoxious AT&T locations I have ever visited. The reps here are completely clueless and they are not supportive. They only care about meeting their quota and making their commissioned sales. The rep I was dealing with was a dark skinned woman who I could not understand why she could not speak proper english. It was unbelievable and quite frankly embarrassing. Also the reps in the background along with their manager were using profanity when talking to each other not once acknowledging I was standing right there. I will be reaching out to corporate because this is horrendous. Don't waste your time going to this location. The manager Alyse asked me to leave the store in the past and also used profanity. This location is just not professional and AT&T should be embarrassed. This store needs a clean up of staff. read more
