    My mother talked to the rudest employee she's ever encountered here. Don't recommend this location for customer service at all!

This…read morewas our first time upgrading our phones with T-Mobile and it is the best phone service I have ever had and I've also been to numerous AT&T and Verizon stores. Tommy helped us and was friendly, skilled and courteous. He made numerous suggestions, which showed he cared about us more than just being someone who has their phone plan. He has made us a customer here for a long time!

(Sold me a watch I didn't need n said it was on sale, no other charges to bill, right after I had just gotten bill adjusted because I was being over charged. My bill went from $70 to $50 one month and then back up to $70.00 for a watch I never used n they would not take back) If you read they pulled this on a few people. I haven't had a chance to go to court yet but got out of the hospital, needed a phone cord because mine broke had to go there n employee said register was down, as he was selling a phone, my health was at risk with a phone cord. Then he finally said real reason..because I reported store. I called n made report, they paid 4 Uber so I could go to another store and get a cord. My only connection to ambulance. This employee should be fired, are they that desperate for help.

    As a Medicare plans provider, we recently switched to Lighthouse for our new IP Phone System…read morebecause the federal government recently requires all companies selling Medicare insurance programs to record all conversations. Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. Our new phone system works much better than the Verizon system, and we are saving over $100.00 a month! I would highly recommend Lighthouse Communications. Thanks again!

    Lighthouse called me 2-3 times a day when I was initially looking for a company to set up phone…read moreservice for my small business. They were very good at following up and scheduling install. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Stopped in to return equipment…read more There is a check in station. I checked in and sat. I was there for 20 min ... 20 too long I heard someone come in and then "can I help you". Whoa... I've been sitting here Turns out you wait in front and they just help you. The girl said "oh we don't always use that. We come up and ask". So frustrating. Why was I sitting there for 20 min and no one noticed. She was nice but leaving me sit there with equipment the table sucked. Ugh.

I went to the Sproul Road Verizon and the young woman (I didn't get her name) told me my SIM card needed updating which she did. My phone worked for an hour. No calls in or out again. Back to Verizon Sproul I went where I was told along with 4 others that Verizon is experiencing an outage in Springfield it will be fixed shortly, The next day, Tuesday still nothing. Back I went only to be told by two gentlemen that there still isn't service in Springfield. The one gentleman noticed I probably wasn't even able to call 911. Fabulous. Wednesday I awoke to... no service again! I had heard about the Verizon in the Target shopping center on City Line Ave. It wasn't exactly around the corner but I was desperate. Daniella there was FABULOUS! She did tell me that there were NO OUTAGES in the Springfield area and there hadn't been which means I was lied to by the Springfield store. And I'm sure they work on commission which is unfortunate for them because I needed and received a new 16 pro max. Thank you you Springfield slackers because thanx to you I got a new phone with a great representative.
