Love coming to this location. Even tho when they are really busy they still acknowledge people coming in. They let us know they will be right with us as soon as you can, which in my eyes, it's a plus, rather than other locations come in, and we're not even greeted. Service sucks in here. Very rude employees I walked in and nobody said hello or said "I'll be with you in a moment." I sat there for about 15 minutes before leaving and going to a different location. I will never come back here and the two working while I was in there should not be working in customer service. read more

Great service! Very friendly group of people and got me setup very quickly. Stanley was very resourceful and helpful!

I went in and both employees were helping other people. It happens, I get it. But neither looked up, acknowledged me, said they'd be with me soon, or anything. I sat on a bench in there for 45 minutes. While I was in there, another person came in, waited 10 minutes, then left. They didn't say a word to him either. When it was my turn, I said my phone was acting up, and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. (Crazy slow on texts was primary issue.) Without looking at my phone for a second, he said, "Well you need a new phone." I said I really was hoping not to purchase a new phone if I could help it, and he just shrugged and said he'd "seen this movie before. I know how it ends." If I REALLY wanted him to, he'd take a look, but I was gonna need a new phone. Then he half-heartedly went through my phone, which I assumed was going to need to happen, and I've been through that before, so I wasn't concerned. Then he loudly shouts across the store to the other employee, "YO WE GOT A SECRET SHOPPER hahaha what do you think about that?" The other employee just looks awkward. I said, "What? I'm not a secret shopper." and he said "Sure you're not." Then he mockingly said, "How are you today miss. So sorry you had to wait today. How can I help you." Apparently one of my apps looked like a secret shopper app. I told him that if he was just going to accuse me of being a secret shopper and embarrass me in front of the store, and not fix my phone, I'd just go elsewhere. Then he got mad and told me, fine, I was gonna deny being a secret shopper, fine. Let's just move on ok? And that was as close as I got to any kind of apology. (For the record, I'm seriously not a secret shopper, and I don't know what app he saw that made him think that.) He spent about 15 more seconds going through my phone before telling me I needed to get a new phone. I left. I went to the kiosk in Mayfair Mall and it was fantastic. read more

I used to attend this store all the time. Then after a while the service got worse and worse. My most recent visit will be my last! I went to AT&T on Miller Park Way in Milwaukee, WI on 3/23 around noon to get a new charger. I bought a "Forever" PureGear charger a year ago and was told whenever I needed a new charger to come to AT&T to get a new one. There is a lifetime warranty. I've done this once before with no problem. When I got there, there were three employees working in the store. One was a black guy who was assisting a customer, one was a shorter white guy with a low hair cut assisting a customer, and one was a white guy, kind of tall with glasses and darker hair who came to me and asked if I needed assistance. I told him I wanted a new charger and I had my broken charger. He directed me over to the chargers and tried to get me to choose one. I told him I have one of those "forever chargers" through PureGear and he told me that AT&T did not work with PureGear anymore. I said "wow really?" and he replied with an attitude "yes and we can't make another charger company pay for a PureGear charger". I never mentioned anything about another company paying for the charger so that threw me off. He then proceeded to show me another charger and I said I wasn't really interested at the time because I wasn't expecting to have to buy another charger at that moment, I thought I would be walking out the store with a new charger. So one of his colleagues who was already assisting a customer asked what was going on. He told him about me requesting a PureGear charger and that AT&T not working with them anymore. The colleague then said "she can call the company and they can send her a new one" so the guy said "yeah you can contact them and they'll send you one". I said "oh okay cool did you have a contact number for them?" He said "Uh Is your internet on your phone broken?" I was VERY upset at that unprofessional comment! I then said "well aren't you a phone company?" and he said "am I PureGear?". I then asked "so do you have the phone number or no" and he said no. I told them that was all he needed to say and walked out the store. I do not deserve to be mistreated in this way, especially being a customer. I've been with AT&T for three going on four years! I know that AT&T as a whole is not like this guy but this guy working at a local store in my area is a major issue and makes me want to travel far out if I have an issue. read more

Worst company ever!! DO NOT sign up with AT&T. I have been with them for years and I cannot tell you how much money they have stolen from me and the lies never end. They were great before merging with Direct TV but since then they are horrible. If you was great customer service, products, etc go ANYWHERE else other than here! I just canceled and switched to TMobile and I couldn't be happier! AT&T charged me an entire months worth of charges AFTER I had canceled! and they refuse to refund me any of the money they owe me. Horrible company, any issue, you will be on hold forever to get any resolution... most likely none. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Amazing staff!! Came in for a new phone they had everything done in less then twenty minutes and were so friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for all our phone needs! read more
