I had a great time and felt like I enhanced my iPhone experience. I can't believe these workshops are FREE! Last year, I had some issues with my iPhone issues and scheduling a repair. They helped me resolve the problem and voila I was all set! Will definitely be going back to this location.

On 7/27/2026, I drove ~50 miles each way to the Apple Store at Bayshore, 5715 N Centerpark Way, Glendale, WI 53217, in heavy construction traffic. I then spent nearly 2 hours in-store while technicians ran diagnostics. During the visit, I was first told the AirPods would be replaced, then later told no replacement would be provided, even with manager approval. I was told my only options were to keep the defective product or send it to a repair depot with up to a 2‑week turnaround, leaving me without my AirPods. I was also not informed that ear tips should be removed before sending them in, risking loss of accessories. This caused significant wasted time, travel, and inconvenience. Apple confirmed the defect but failed to provide a reasonable immediate resolution.

Today I received two texts and an email reminding me about my 11 o'clock appointment. When I…read morearrived at 10:55, I was sent two more texts, one saying I was now in the queue and the other that I was first in the queue. I could see 5 staff; there may have been more elsewhere. I was given the appointment a week earlier, but also told to come back specifically on this date to see the new company phones I'd be purchasing. I was also told that the representative could see two discounts that would apply once I ordered my new phones. At 11:15 the representative approached and asked how he could help. Once I reminded him that he told me to come in, he apologized that the phones were indeed not there AND he was wrong about the discounted rate. He tried to work with a manager on this, but she was disinterested and simultaneously holding two phones, while looking at a desktop screen and a tablet. Every person there was holding two phones--it was a Saturday Night Live skit. Folks were a bit put out when I noted that the automated messages were there to assure them that I didn't waste their time, but they failed to contact me so I didn't waste mine. I also noted that I had been standing for this entire conversation because the place lacks chairs. The service representative wrote his name and number on a post-it, encouraging me to call if he could help in any way. I'm sure it was lost on everyone that this post-it in lieu of a business card looks pathetic.

Kept asking about the different phones but since my mom is pre pay and not under contract we were told..well they're all the same. No they are not! Once we picked a phone they looked at old phone and said oh we can't transfer info because this phone doesn't work. It was at this point that we left. We were only customers in store. 3 clerks behind counter and they never looked up or offered to help us. Done with thos company.

I stopped at this store because my discount was ending and I needed to renew it. The store is in a…read morehuge mall with meters that you have to pay to park which seemed petty because you go to the mall to spend money and they gouge you for parking. After a half hour of the guy not figuring out how to renew it and a call to the help line he finally gave up and I left. How did I get the original discount so easily and renewing it is impossible and a big waste of time, I have no idea. I'm not particularly happy with the service while traveling the country because I don't have data service in the rustic places that I stay like RV parks and small towns but I can make calls which suc#s so I can't check emails or get on the web or Yelp to see the pictures of what's around me.

Two calls with customer service later activation fee is never removed and to get the offer our internet has to be downgraded to a slower speed. We were lied to and customer service could not help other than to recommend we go back to the store and ask why we were told this. Is it poor training or good training on how to lie to someone's face. I will never set foot in that store again. -10 stars.

The process was relatively quick and painless, right up until the end when our phones would not work, both returning a "Invalid Sim" message. When we asked Lee about this, he said, "Oh, yeah, your phone is locked. You have to call your old carrier to have them fix that." That is information that would have been extremely helpful at the beginning of the process. He shrugged in response and only let us use the phone at the store (since our phones were essentially paperweights currently) once we asked. T-Mobile wasn't particularly helpful so now we essentially have mini-WiFi tablets for the next several days until the unlock process is complete. So unfortunate that this could have been a great initial experience with AT&T that will also be marred by this turn of events.

Date of visit: November 16, 2024…read more I needed a new car battery and saw that Batteries Plus carries and installs them. With a location just down the street, this seemed perfect. I ordered the battery but installation didn't appear as an option. I contacted Customer Service and they replied that I need to call the store. Not helpful... I tried again and this time installation did come up as an option. After completing the order, I looked forward to getting a new battery before winter hit. Imagine my disappointment the next day when I received an email that my order was cancelled and to call the store. No explanation, no apology. Ended up finding another place to install the battery and after several days of not receiving any notification about my initial order, I stopped in today. The woman there was friendly and efficient and confirmed that both orders were canceled as they didn't have a person to install the battery on the day I wanted. She showed me the notes on the cancellation but seemed unaware that these are not actually passed on to the customer.
