They do a great job with being efficient but they recently replaced my screen this past march and…read morenow my touch sensitivity will shut off and I have to constantly turn my phone on and off to reconnect my screens ability to function. So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

On top of that, Apple recognizes and notes that "non-Apple equipment/parts" have been installed on your phone and makes it ineligible for the phones warranty. Needless to say, $150 later I have a phone that is inaccessible and the store will not respond or fix. I do not recommend this vendor.

Went back in and I was told they could either take their new battery out and since they disposed of my old one I can have my Mac back with no battery if keep the Mac for 3 days so they can run diagnostics on it. My biggest complaint is that they were not upfront with me in telling me that if the battery did not fix the problem, they would make the situation right. On top of that they gave me the Mac back with the new battery. They did not do a battery reset so I had to do that. Overall, customer experience was terrible and I felt like I was lied to from the very beginning they made it sound like everything was going to be fixed, and if it wasn't fixed, then they would take care of me, but upon further investigation they just wanted more money to run more tests on the Mac. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this company!

My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.
