RUDE employees - NOT helpful. There is a tall, black guy who works in there (name is Lanell I believe) who does not care if he can help you or not. He just says "I don't know" and "not sure". There is also a young black girl who works in there (don't know name) who just sits scrolling on her phone and rolling her eyes when you walk in. She looks at you as if you are disturbing her by even walking in. There is ZERO desire to help in this store location. My husband and I have gone in a handful of times since moving to the area, and each time they "have no wi-fi", so they can't "do anything to help". After finding out this was a franchise, it made more sense. They are NOT AT&T corporate, so they have no motivation to care. If you're in the area, go to the corporate AT&T store off Burleigh in Wauwatosa. It's right off 41, and full of smiling, helpful employees ready to help!! read more

The employee, Nolan was rude and unhelpful. I came to ask about international calling, he said I could not have it with my plan. I asked to change the plan so I could get it. He said it could not be done and told me I should have paid attention to what I was signing up for, my response was so your telling me that my only option was to go with a different provider. He answered that was up to me. I have now done some research on line with my account and getting the international calling is not a problem. So not only was he rude and unhelpful but he had no idea what he was talking about. Worst customer service. read more

Crazy rude employee. I brought my dad's phone here days after he died to ask for help switching his phone with my mom's, and a young female employee with a lazy eye was so rude to my mother and I. She gave one word answers basically saying she couldn't help us, saying things like "I don't know" and "ask them" without specifying who, and openly scoffing and eye rolling at other customers in the store. Honestly worst customer service experience I've had in years and is making me want to switch to T Mobile. read more

I purchased a new iPhone 15 at the AT&T store on County line Road in Germantown. While Haley and the store manager were nice, they weren't very forthcoming. Haley did not discuss with me that I had to choose plan for the iPhone. She also added a feature about taking care of the phone that I did not request and she did not discuss with me. The biggest issue was I could be eligible for promotional discount due to be a teacher. They told me I could send in a copy of my diploma since I didn't have my license available any longer. In discussing the matter with an executive at AT&T, that promotion is only eligible for current educators only. Needless to say, that was just the last thing that I needed to hear. had I been told about the unlimited plan and not getting the discount I would've gone to another servicer and purchased a prepaid phone. If you're smart, do not go to this store. Find an AT&T store that's company owned instead. read more

Fantastic service! I had bought my phones elsewhere, but was having trouble with Data Connection on my I-Pad and voicemail on my phone. After spending an hour with AT&T's 800-number and getting nowhere, I stopped in at this store. I told Seth, the Asst. Mgr., that I had not bought my phones there, and he said it didn't matter. He just wanted me to leave happy. After less than 15 minutes in the store, he solved both problems and even thanked me for coming. Guess where I will go to buy my next phones and other devices? Compared to many of the other wireless stores I've visited, this one seemed relatively laid back and the employees were knowledgeable without laying the pressure on too thick. My only critique was that the space felt vacant (I guess they had a bunch of phones stolen so they weren't out for testing), and they didn't carry the iPhone I wanted in stock - luckily I received next day delivery which was relatively effortless. read more

Sam here is fantastic. I was honestly dreading activating a line and getting a new phone because I hate sales pressure, but Sam was helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Went in with a display problem and was told to take it to a third party for repair. Ended up purchasing an Apple 11 from from this location and was a week late in receiving it, claimed it was a FedEx problem. Went back to this location to get new phone set up and was treated very rudely when I asked about transferring pictures and music from old to new phones. Ended up going to AT&T near Mayfair and got complete satisfaction. Next time I'll just go to Apple store to purchase new phone, their staff is very accommodating and competent. read more

For me this is a great convenient location with a knowledgeable and friendly staff every time I have been here. Be it dropping my phone in the toilet and needing to replace it and than throwing in a free iPad mini and also somehow lowering my bill, or cords, cables, tech advice for the illiterate; this is definitely my go to store! Bonus is that there usually never is a wait either. read more
