After patiently waiting almost a month to get a screen replaced in our iPad they returned it with the home button displaced, disabled, and unable to recover with using the back up. They continued to tell me that it was Apple's fault that my home button didn't work and was the iPad was disabled. After a call to Apple I find that the tablet can't go into recovery mode because of the issue with the home button, which was completely fine before I took the iPad to be repaired. I live an hour away and have already had to make two trips up to get my tablet. When I told them I didn't have time to drive an hour up there they have offered no other option than for me to drive an hour and wait an hour for them to work on trying to fix my tablet, which I'm not feeling confident in after all the issues we have had, and drive an hour home. They didn't offer any compensation for the extra time, money, and energy I will have to go to for their error. They never notified me that my tablet would become disabled and have to go into recovery mode. They never notified me it could mess up my home button. I have attached a picture of the button that is sunken into the tablet. They stated my tablet was in better condition than when I brought it in but I can't even access anything on it because I can't get it recovered due to the button issue! This experience was one that was more than disappointing. Beware if you do have an issue. They aren't quick to fix it, will put the blame on someone else, and the owner will not contact you directly to try to make it right. read more

I came in late may with a phone with a broken camera. Becca was trying to fix it and while trying new camera some how stuck my phone in a boot loop. When it finally turned on it wasn't taking a charge my phone worked before I took it in and then it didn't work I went in with this problem she said there was nothing she could do but offered to sell me the same phone for 350$ while I was annoyed it sounded like a good deal so I did it. Come to find out about 2 months later that the phone had previously been owned and wasn't paid off which locked the phone I've been in twice now since that happened Becca offered me 250$ to buy it back I came in today probably would have been my 10th visit in the employees there were texting Becca asking her about the situation she claimed not to remember it said she didn't offer to buy any phone said I must have gone to cellular center this has been a complete miserable experience a rip off should be illegal this is ridiculous I want my money back or at least something this girl can't act like she doesn't remember I have come in many many time I have called and texted the store still nothing this is ridiculous if I could give negative starts I would read more

Horrible service and quality! I dropped my iPhone off to have a cracked screen replaced and there girl at the counter said it would be done in about an hour. I stopped by 2 hours later and she hadn't even started on it and explained they did not have the parts in stock but to come back the next day. The next morning the manager told me they always have iPhone screens in stock and that his employee was known to send customers away if she didn't want to work on their phones. He replaced the screen on about 45 minutes and it seemed to work fine. I have since been back twice because the screen is not responsive or blacks out and they have been unable to fix it and unwilling to try a new screen. read more

Wow!!! Great customer service, my entire screen was broke and in just 30 minutes I came back and i had a brand new screen. Becca also hooked me up with a new phone case as well as a screen protector both of which have a 3 year warranty.... I guess there is something in that mall worth visiting. This is the worst place to get your phone fixed they messed up my phone first of all my home button on my iPhone does not work they offered me a 10 dollar discount how am I suppose to pay to get it fixed for 10 dollars!!! Worst service ever. Stopped in to repair my brand new iPhone 7plus and the employee messed up my entire phone I can't even hear out my speaker anymore then when I asked to talk to with manager the manager told him he didn't want to talk with me and to give me my money back and put back on my broken screen and send me on my way I had to call the police and file a police report so I could take them to small claims court this just happend today 11-8-17 what's sad is that the employee wouldn't even let me use the store phone to make a call after he had to tear my phone apart for the 4th gone because he messed it up. I had to walk to sunglasses hut to call the police And use the phone the employee said if it was my company I would give you a brand new phone but my manager Chris said we can't do nothing for you and he doesn't want to talk to you. So sad the mall police said this is not the first time they have done this to people and to make sure I follow through thank god my attorney is available 24/7 because this will not be swept under the rug this is not how you treat people.
