Stay far away from this store and go to the WG Village store instead. I went into the store and asked for a new phone. I was told they were out. I went to the parking lot and was wondering if I could order for WG Village. Somehow my order was routed to the Hamlin store. After errands I stopped by and said I was picking up my phone that ATT said was ready. He said oh yes a shipment came in. I said wow that is crazy for it to come in 5 minutes after I left. He then went on to mess up my account so much and called ATT to fix it saying the system made a mistake instead of him making a mistake. After 20 minutes he finally said it will be just a moment longer while I get the account fixed. I said why do you keep lying instead of admitting mistakes. If I am going to have to wait then I would rather go elsewhere. He said nothing, but 10 minutes later he said it is all fixed do you still want to go elsewhere. I said yes I do want to do business with a company like this. I walked out and found out my phone was bricked. The Winter Garden store was able to fix my phone but I have to wait 24 hours to upgrade my phone because of what this store did. read more

They will definitely not tell you the price of the service you signing up for. Your bill will higher than what they quoted you, and if you ask them about it they will just say "call corporate". Do not trust them. read more

I recently wanted to look into adding a second line to my iPhone. After trying to do research online, I wasn't really getting the answers I needed. I decided to stop in and ask about the option. I met with the manager to discuss. Since I was on an older plan it would be best for me to change to a newer plan. He showed me a sheet with 2 options and crunched some numbers. After reviewing the options he said with the change in plan and adding my second line, it would be only about $1 different than what I'm paying now. He then mentioned that since I had AT&T next, I was eligible to upgrade my phone and with their current promotion it would actually bring my monthly bill down. I needed to get back to work so thanked him and he said he would be there until 8 if I wanted to come back. Before leaving, an employee stopped me and had me put my name and number on a paper so if I came back I wouldn't have to wait in line. I went back around 5pm to be told the manager wasn't there, even though he told me he was working until 8. The employee who was working went into the back and got another employee to come out. This was the employee who got me to put my name on the paper. The first thing he says to me is "you didn't reply to my text". I didn't know what he was talking about but then saw I had a message in my Unknown Senders. I learned his name was Osirys and I told him I didn't know who he was or that I needed to text him back. He said the manager was gone but he would help me. So I had to pretty much start over because he had no idea what I talked about earlier. He showed me a different paper than his manager did and after crunching numbers it was higher than what I was previously quoted. When I complained he said "the new plan is better than what you had". I told him I was happy with my old plan which included HBO and he now changed my plan to a higher priced one without HBO. He then told me to not get a second line. That was the whole reason I stopped in! After telling him that he and the store was shady multiple times he called his manager. He then offered to change me to the bare minimum plan so it would be less but then I'd actually be losing features from what I had although he kept insisting it was still better and not to get a second line. This was a plan that was never discussed with his manager and I was told it's not showing online either when I kept asking about the features. We argued for a while but I gave in. He said his manager said if I get my new bill and it's more to come in and they will adjust the fees. I highly doubt that will happen but whatever. Since I upgraded to a newer phone, which he kept telling me to pick a different phone so it would be cheaper, he got to work with setting it up. It's at that point I'm informed that since the transfer had started I could not leave until it was done since I was turning in a phone on Next. The timing said 2 hours remaining! He finalized my transaction and then said he had worked over his shift and was going home and left me sitting there with my phone in the middle of transferring. After he left I was working with Alejandro. He was by far better than Osirys. He had shown Osirys how to put 2 lines on a phone since he had no idea (maybe that's why he kept telling me not to do it). Alejandro agreed to watch my phone so I could go to dinner and not sit there for 2 hours. Luckily I went back after an hour expecting to have to sit for an hour but just like a watched pot never boils, I guess a watched phone never transfers. My 2 hours dropped to 1 and was almost done. He was very polite and made conversation while we waited. Had it not been for him, this would have been a 1 star rating. I do not plan on going back to this store if I have questions as it seems they do not know what they are doing. I will stay with AT&T but will handle things online or at other locations. read more

New Review one year later ...Chris and Jamarkus helped with a new phone and line as well a new ATT TV plan ..they were very helpful on explaining the deals going on and gave us no pressure options on adding an extra line to our account ..Wifey also upgraded her phone and the guys were able to move everything over ...thanks guys ..They were Courteous and professional..second visit here and again happy they are steps away from home !! read more

I hate to write negative reviews, but fair is fair. In all fairness, I would like to say that all of the employees were fantastic and friendly. So they would have gotten 5 stars for customer service. So I signed up and I was told we would get our phones in 2 days. We got the first one after 6 days and the second one was still missing. Nearly everyday they told me the 2nd phone was coming the next day. The phone was sent 2nd day air and got from Indiana (I think) to Florida in 1 day. Then for 6 days it sat motionless just 20 minutes from Winter Garden. I told them I tracked it (they gave me the number) and even faced with all of this information they kept telling me the phone was coming. The box was clearly lost or stolen if UPS 2nd day air doesn't move for 8 days. **UPDATE** ATT has now charge me $1,200 for the phone they failed to deliver to me. The phone showed up at the ATT store a week after I cancelled. It was returned from the ATT store back to ATT and somehow I've been charged for a phone thats never been in my possession or I've never held in my hand. After 13 days (and their refusal to order me a replacement phone) I cancelled the account and ported the one number I got back to my old carrier. I shipped back the new phone to them. Which they told me I'd be paying a restocking fee on. After cancelling the account with this Store directly, I called AT&T 2 days later to follow up. I just wanted to make sure everything was cancelled correctly. Everything was handled so poorly initially that I didn't have much faith that the account was cancelled correctly. The AT&T 1-800 line lady told me they didn't cancel the account at all. Our watches were still active on the account and I would have gotten a bill for $100 a month had I not called. ($80 for the service and $10 per watch) The failed cancellation made things very difficult for me, because it took me outside of the 14 day grace window to change your mind. In the end the lady on the 1-800 line took care of everything perfectly, but the store failed time and time again to get me my phone, then they failed to even correctly cancel the account after I told them to please cancel. In hindsight I definitely felt that they were trying to keep me on the hook until the day 14 "changed my mind" period ended. I also don't understand why I asked them to cancel and they didn't get that done; why didn't they call me back if they failed to close the account as requested? I'm aware this was probably an abnormal situation for sure, but I felt it was only fair to write this review. I wouldn't tell anyone to avoid this store, but just make sure you know things can happen anywhere. **FINAL UPDATE JUNE 2020* After a lot of assurances from Wesley at the store, ATT says my request for a refund of my first service bill has been rejected. I was specifically told to pay the $55 restocking fee for the phone I actually got, then I will be issued a prorated refund for my first service bill. Well they said tough luck. So, I am paying a full months service fee for a phone that never got activated, because they failed to produce/lost the phone. I'm also paying for the service fee for the phone I returned half way through the month. I was told I would get that service fee refunded at a prorate; minus the days I used. Made sense and seemed fair to me. So in a nutshell I'm hundreds in the hold from walking in the store and I got nothing in return. After about 10 phones calls and 5 months they have beaten me into submission and I give up. $300ish dollars isn't worth my health! I can only be grateful that my cellphone, internet and cable TV will NEVER be with ATT at this point. Lesson learned the hard way! read more

I was lied to about the value of a trade in and will never shop here again. I have been waiting 4 days for someone to call from regional management. Also no response to my email. AT&T customer since 2006 but thanks to this store that is likely to change soon. Apparently, this is not an AT&T corporate store so AT&T can't/won't help if you have problems here. Find another store or don't use AT&T at all. read more
