Omar and Harry are the nicest! We came in with 10 min to spare to pick up an online order. They were so patient in getting everything together and my son's number picked out. Harry went around to make sure the store was closed while Omar tried his hardest to get us going. Computer hiccups kept stalling us but we were so thankful. Store was super busy when we came in but between the two of them they got everyone thru in record time. So polite and professional. read more

Kudos to Harry!! I stopped in here today to switch my new iPad over to my plan, replacing my old one. For whatever reason simple things like this have turned into nightmares for me in the past dealing with different cell phone carriers over years. I was hoping for the best and expect the worst but Harry had me in and out in five minutes! He told me the SIM card was a different size which I feared meant some type of charge or increased length of time but he ran to the back real quick and reappeared with the correct size free of charge, couldn't have asked for better customer service! read more

Thank you Horizon West Team for the excellent service provided. On 11/04/2020, I arrived one hour before closing time presenting an issue that initially resulted in at least 6 hours of phone communication with corporate office gents, and 5 1/2 hours onsite at the Clermont, FL AT&T retail store. The device was available at this location only (1 hour away). I was FINALLY directed via home office to visit the Horizon West location to retrieve a sim card that the Clermont salesman carelessly omitted resulting in no service from my 8th Generation 128 GB IPAD purchased the PREVIOUS day. Home office agents disrupted hours of my valuable time and patience, unsuccessfully attempting to activate the IPAD and sync both my devices to one account. The Horizons West 's Manager "Worked His Magic", resolving each issue. I sincerely appreciate the entire professional, and knowledgeable staff members, and look forward to my next visits. Came in on a Friday morning only 2 salesman on the floor taking there sweet time another guy comes out from task how can he help after explaining he says have a seat one of the others guys will help you . Waiting over 20 minutes there is no care or urgency to taking care of the customers . I hate the fact that my husband chooses to stay with At&t . Came in to buy a screen protecter and just could not get past the fact that between 4 or 5 employeeys no one could just ring up the purchase. Very unwelcoming as you go in. No one greets you or acknoledges the fact that they will assist. Poor service and poor model on how customers are helped. With no one to greet, how do they know who is next in line? Poor customer service from a center such as this is another reason we will switch from AT&T. read more

Horrible service! if you sign in you get skipped. When I asked an employee he stated his manager enters the names onto the wall board queue. What great service from a manager! To obtain service you have to give your PIN number and last four numbers of your social out loud for a room of customers. No respect for your security! Not a good location!
