After being on the phone with corp. I finally went to the local store and in less than 5 minutes it was done. Thanks to the great service.

I have a Motorola Edge 2022 256Gb Cellphone that I purchased with a bent screen. I came in with…read morethe cellphone and a new replacement screen and spoke with Mike. He told me he would give me a call the next day with an estimate of the repair. He quoted me a fair price of $75 to replace the bent screen with the new screen. The next day he called me and said the phone was ready. I picked it up and it works great, just like new. Many Thanks! Highly Recommended!! Mark C.

This man means well but has a lot to learn about professional accountability and customer…read moreinteraction. I took a phone in yesterday with a cracked screen in order for him to replace it. After he replaced it, I noticed that the battery would no longer hold a charge, and would continuously reboot every 2 minutes while plugged in. None of this occurred prior to handing the phone over to him, the battery operated completely like normal prior his "fix". He denied responsibility and argued with me for a whole hour while he was trying to figure out what was wrong with the battery. He even claimed that my phone was crappy and its battery was already bad by the time I gave it to him which is not the case at all. It held a charge and it certainly didn't try to keep rebooting while plugged in. Basically, he simply didn't believe me, and never considered or accepted the possibility that he may have damaged the charging port or battery connection, or motherboard component when replacing the screen because he said they were separate systems. He also said that because he "couldn't test the battery" before replacing the screen, he "did not know how well it worked" before the screen replacement, which was his way of insinuating that the battery was already bad and I'm using this as a ruse for a free fix for a pre-existing issue. Thing is, he actually could have tested the battery if he wanted to before opening the screen, it was still holding a charge and working even with a busted screen. But he didn't and he was using this as an excuse to avoid accountability. I saw that he wasn't going to be able to figure it out any time soon and I had to catch a flight so I demanded a refund. He refused, and kept on arguing that the screen replacement had nothing to do with the charging port or battery and his only argument for not having anything to do with it is that he's replaced many screens and "you're the first customer who's had this issue". Well guess what? I googled "iphone se won't charge properly after replacing screen" and literally the first result was an iFixit thread with over a dozen answers from people experiencing the same issue, with one user saying it's happened 8/8 times they've done screen replacements on the SE. The most common explanation from reading the threads is that he dislodged a connection called FL2400 in the logic board, which is common when applying too much pressure from the wrong side of the battery connection with a spudge tool. He could have figured this out in 2 minutes by doing a simple google search but instead chose to argue that he had nothing to do with it; I only found this explanation later at the airport. It was only after I threatened to write this review that he agreed to issue me a refund. But not before removing the fixed screen, and re-attaching the old broken screen. If he didn't issue the refund, this review would be 1 star, but this is the outcome I'm left with: I gave him a phone once and he made it worse. I gave it back to him a second time to rectify that mistake and he returned it in even worse condition. I used to have a cracked screen iPhone that held a charge and was still usable. Now I have a cracked screen iPhone that doesn't hold a charge and is effectively useless. And while I did get my $80 back, I lost 1.5 hours of my time and countless words of arguing to a man who was careless in his trade and in utter refusal to consider that mistakes like these are possible for him, let alone take responsibility for them. I suggest anyone reading this to take their phone to a more professional operation, both in terms of technical skill and people skills. (FYI, the first 5 star review below is fake. It's by the business owner himself. His name is Mike, I know because it's on his business card. As far as I know this is the first real review)

Terrible customer service. My sales rep was Alyssa West. I had merely gone into the store to…read moreinquire on the various phones, not seeking to upgrade. The hard sell was "on" from jump. First, she talked in industry lingo for the entire encounter and spoke very fast. Even when I told her I didn't understand what she was trying to explain she failed to explain the advantages vs disadvantages of the various phones and calling or data plans. In fact, she gave me the plan she thought best without any discussion including the same brand of phone though I had states I was potentially interested in an Android phone. She immediately directed me to the iPhones by saying the deal would better. Unfortunately, I will never know if my deal was better, because, again, she ignored my questions and did not explain the situation to me. Whats worse? She up sells me on a phone protection plan under the guise that it would not make my monthly bill any higher than what it was prior to coming in to the store. While that was true, she made no effort to save me more money, and instead chose to pad her commission. The beginning of the worst part was the promises she call me because she was unable to produce a return label for my old phone that I was trading in. There was no follow up, phone call and, thus, I had to call the store myself. When I did call them, she was unavailable, and , the customer sales rep on the phone was very rude and told me that "he was with another customer" true or not, he knew my inquiry was one of concern. Instead of transferring my call to another sales rep or a manager, he said that he will take a phone message and have her return my call because she was not in the store. she never returned my call. So I texted her the next day, she advised she would get back to me. Again the entire week she did not call me. I texted her again and this time she didn't even respond via text or phone call. The nail in the coffin as to the first customer service, was that the entire time I am asking my questions, and she is consummating the sale, she is talking to other representatives in the store, who have no customers and cutting up with them. They are joking and laughing and talking about items not associated with work. I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and discourteous by not giving me her full attention particularly when I'm spending $1200 on a new phone. I said nothing to her and let the entire encounter transpire in disbelief. There were approximately five other sales reps in the store at the time. Instead of focusing on the customer, she was chitchatting with them, and only handling my transaction perfunctorily. If I were you, I would steer clear of this entire store. It is not a Verizon corporate store, but an independent retailer of Verizon made to look like a Verizon corporate store. If Mrs. West is any indication of the attitude of the other sales reps in the store, and I have no reason to believe that the attitudes aren't pervasive in that store, I would steer clear of buying anything from this location. If being ignored in multiple ways by your sales representative, is your thing, then this store is perfect for you. It was a completely unprofessional, discourteous and non-customer service oriented presentation. I will never again buy another item from that store. I suggest you do the same.

Spent over $1000 in the store, and inside of 60 days, they refuse to refund a failed product($70 heavy duty, protective iPhone 12 case, recommended by the sales representative) which was an obvious failure in manufacturing. All paperwork in hand, and they show a 14 day return policy, only shown in a line item, with an activation fee. Asked to speak to the senior employee on staff in charge, and was told that they do not have management in or at that location. Don't walk, run. You've been warned.
