What stands out most is that they never make you feel inexperienced for asking questions. Instead, they take the time to explain how things work, walk you through repairs, and teach you in a way that's easy to understand and encouraging. On my latest visit, I purchased another RC car (which I'm sure my brother-in-law will eventually destroy), along with a new battery. Andy went above and beyond--he found a Traxxas sale and made sure I got the discounted price, helped me figure out a better repair approach, coached me through the process, and even lent me tools and some thread locker to get the job done right. Customer service like that is rare these days. Andy is a stand-up guy, and the entire team has earned my trust and business. This is absolutely a shop I'll continue coming back to every time I'm in Jacksonville
