I decided to finally upgrade to a 5G phone with AT&T. I went here, and asked for a particular Samsung phone. I was told they don't stock it, but to go to Walmart and you can buy it there. So I did, and took it home to set it up. The phone itself was just what I wanted, with not all the bells and whistles but still lots of fine features. It was $140, so affordable. After using it for a few days, I could never connect with 5G, only 4G (and it was very slow). I called AT&T customer service (not the store) and asked why this was happening. He said "I'll check our tower in Yuma." When he came back, he had really bad news. "AT&T does NOT have 5G service in Yuma." Verizon does, and I switched to them. I was told AT&T was "working on it." Yeah, right. And I'm the Easter bunny. I'm done with AT&T permanently. And I got a refund from Walmart. read more

ATT has large "bubbles " of no service in Yuma. When you go in the store to discuss, they say the exact same thing every time. "We are doing maintenance on the towers today". I stayed with them for 2 years and finally left them behind for a company that has much better service in Yuma. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. DON'T GO HERE. Sold me a Samsung flip phone that they misrepresented the price of. Real price was way over $1000, but was quoted a much lower price for a trade in. Phone has design flaws and quit working after less than a year. Have friends with the same phone who are also experiencing problems. Got rid of A T & T service which was around $186/month for Spectrum which is $30/month. I had been with AT & T for over a decade and should have left long ago. LEAVE AT&T and go to another service. read more

I was prompted by Apple support to change all of my passwords and logins. My fault I forgot my Apple ID. So I went to the AT&T store to find out what I needed to do. I needed to get my iPhone unlocked and get my data from the cloud. The manager of the local store told me that I could not get any of that back and I had to buy a new phone. How dumb do you think people are. Again it was my fault. I forgot it but to tell someone had to spend over $1000 on a new phone is just Ludacris. I finally got in touch with Apple support and it took three weeks to get my phone back up. I understand it's only supposed to take three days. I use Apple devices for my workplace employees myself and my wife. I will be changing that here very quickly. I pay way too much to be lied to, and not have any service for three weeks. That lost me quite a bit of money. No one at Apple support could tell me the exact same thing each time I phoned in which leads me to believe they're not trained. read more

After dealing with bills as high as $250 or more with one of the "other guys" we knew we wanted to switch to AT&T Two countries. One network plan. You can Use your plan in México just like in the USA. No Catches and Only with AT&T. We walked in and were greeted by the entire staff and Breanna had us switched over in less then 15 minutes. Just don't do business here. They are NOT a corporate store. They passed us off from the manager to 3 consecutive other workers. They said they needed to keep the phone overnight, but when we called to check, they told us to come in (3 total visits in 2 days). Then when we came in, they said they had made no progress. There is lots more I could say, but you might not believe it. We finally cancelled the transaction. Just terrible at their job. read more

Yuma Palms Retail Store in Arizona. I was pleasantly surprised with the great help and level of patience by the store manager Norman and his associate Jazmin. They were both very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to resolve an account issue and transfer of responsibility. I live in Los Angeles and traveled to Yuma to visit family and I brought my aunt with me to handle her account as well. She was very content with the level of service on a busy Saturday morning. Jazmin, was very courteous and opened the front door to walk us out and said thank you. Jazmin, rocks and has old fashioned work ethic. Yuma Palms Store - No Customer Service. We walked into the store....one AT&T employee present. 4 people waiting ahead of us. No acknowledgement from anyone that we were even there. Eventually the one employee went to a back room and brought another employee out. Probably more employees hiding back there but who knows...Again no acknowledgement of our presence......we wondered around store, still ignored for 15 - 20 more minutes. By then there was another couple people standing there wondering if anyone would wait on them. After over 30 minutes and still no acknowledgement of our presence we left the store. Went to Sam's Club and bought our new phone / phone setup in less time than we stood around in the AT&T Store waiting for someone to acknowledge our existence. AVOID THE PLACE read more

Excellent customer service! We walked in on a Sunday, four days before Christmas, and two representatives helped us right away. Problem with the SIM card that was sent with my wife's new Moto X smartphone was fixed, and her two other questions were answered. We happened to be in Yuma on the way to Tucson for the holidays. By far, this is better than the service we get at our local AT&T Store at home in Highland, CA. Representatives are always busy, and there's some guy in a suit who stands around and does nothing. Extremely disappointing experience with Brandon Lee, manager, on the phone today. Not only was he difficult to deal with, he chuckled after every statement he made as if the conversation was a joke. This just happened recently sometime in the last week of August. There were 5 AT&T staff present and there was only one other customer aside from me. Waited 30mins and didn't receive any service. All i needed was a temporary phone as my IPhone 5s got dunked in the lake and wouldn't turn on anymore. Ended up in nearby Best Buy who gave me an excellent service and went home happy with a new IPhone 6 from another carrier less 45.$ from a best Buy coupon. I went in to the store to get information on a new phone. Maybe that was my mistake... I mentioned I wanted information. One of the young ladies standing around greeted me but was rude. Really had no interest in helping me. No problem. I can go to Best Buy to buy a phone & work with AT &T when I get back to Missouri where they are friendly & willing to help. read more

I have been going to this location for the past few years and have always thought they had good customer service. Last year when i got my iphone the store manager and staff where awesome at helping me pick out the phone and the plan that worked best for me. After that i started noticing the staff was different. It wasnt the same manager and for the most part not the same representatives. Earlier this year my phone broke and i went to the store to see what options i had since i didnt have insurance. They basically told me i was out of luck and best thing to do was have a thirdparty fix it. I called corporate to see if they had any solution, they said the same but that if i had another old phone lying around i could use that until i got my iphone fixed all i had to do was change the sim and activate it. I ended up going to another location for this. Anyways when i decided to get myself a new phone i went to various locations to ask abiut the galaxy s6. I went to the store because i wanted to see what options i had since i do prepaid. The representative that helped me seemed like she coukd care less. When i would ask a question she looked at me as if though i was an idiot. I ended up going to BEST BUY and getting my phone there since the representative for samsung was way more helpful and answered all my questions. I get it, they work long hours. I work retail too but they should never forget that the customers are rhe one's who keep them in business. I just think they can be a little more friendlier and helpful.
