I would give 0 stars if I could!! Our caregiver has been amazing and a godsend!! But today the company called my mother and tells her she's not qualified anymore and told her to tell the caregiver to leave immediately! Left my almost 80 year old disabled mother alone with no explanation. No apology! Owner Tammy stated it's because her claims were getting denied since July!! Well my dear we have contacted Medicaid and you billed them 1st and you should be billing Medicare then Medicaid.-which you then told my mother you know what you are doing! Well guess what! You don't!! You offered no advance notice by phone, no written notice no nothing. Then another phone call and you stated "You should have a back up" Yes we are aware in an emergency! This was not! I'd leave zero stars if possible. My mother-in-law was in need of at home care. At Home Staffing was contacted and sent an aide to help her. My wife (her daughter) helped her fill out the paperwork. Once services with At Home Staffing were ended (we went with another company) my wife received a phone call from their Operations Director threatening legal action against my wife because their aide (who ALSO is no longer with the company) voluntarily drove her mother to appointments without being asked to do so. The fact that their aide offered to do it and NOW they want to make phone calls threatening a lawsuit only AFTER services were ended with them is appalling. In addition to that; holding family members of the client accountable for the actions of their employee is beyond unethical. They had no issue with anything while their services were being received and paid for; only after the fact. I will be getting with my attorney over all of this as well as filing complaints with the state and the Better Business Bureau. I'd advise anyone who is looking for help for a loved one to avoid this place like the plague unless getting threatened to be sued in on your list of things to do. read more

If you are looking for Caregiving services, I suggest that you keep looking and stay as far away from this agency as possible!!! I just moved my Moms services over to another company. At home needs to be shut down! They do not have reliable people, they do not have people to cover people when they can't come in, and when you call the office they are nonchalant about it!! Since February 2021 we have had NO caregiver show up atleast 8 times. My Mom is an Amputee and can't be left all-but as Ashley says everytime we have no one,"Well we are trying to hire people"! Yep-and why should she care? Exactly she doesn't because it's not her Mother! At home does not even deserve 1 dam star, but if that's the lowest rating that they can get, then that's what it is!
