    I visited the new At Home store yesterday and cannot believe the way I was treated. I have visited this store before however and never experienced anything like this. When I got to the cash register to check out I had intentions of using a gift card and 15% off coupon that I also had. When I told the cashier this he said I could not use 2 discounts at once (even though I'm not sure why a gift card would be considered a "discount") but to that I asked if I could just use the gift card instead of the coupon. He then scanned my gift card off of my phone and it wouldn't go through, he insisted that I needed to print off the gift card at home and come back even though the screen clearly said "let your salesperson scan it from your mobile device" under redeem instructions. He started to get very irritated and tell me that the gift card could not be used for my purchase. That sounded so ridiculous to me, I can't use a gift card that I have for At Home at At Home?! The Gift Card I kept showing him on my phone also listed "Cashier Instructions" which I pointed out in an attempt to help and he refused to acknowledge he just kept scanning. He then left to go get a manager to help out. A few minutes later I hear him behind the aisle where the cash registers are located talking to a fellow employee how this "little girl" is trying to use a gift card that can't be used and he "knows what he's doing" and that I "won't leave until talking to a manager". I proceeded to wait there for 20 more minutes until another cashier came over who was not the original one I had to see what the issue was. I told her I was trying to use a gift card for my purchase and she re-scanned my whole order, then tried scanning the gift card. She also could not get it to work, and at this point a few other employees come over. They are all laughing and trying to get this gift card to work, they even mention how the store has been opened for 3 weeks and they were never trained on "gift cards". This was all so very unprofessional to me and they were not being polite to me at all or apologizing for the time this was taking. Finally a manager does come over, I hand him the gift card on my phone and he follows the "Cashier Instructions" listed and the gift card goes through. I can't believe I was waiting at the At Home cash register for 30 minutes to simply use a gift card. Have they never been encountered with this before? So ridiculous. My original cashier never returned. I told the manager before leaving about the way I was treated, he apologized but did not really seem to care. I will not be returning to this location and will be hesitant to shop at At Home ever again. The store/merchandise is great but the Customer Service was probably the most unprofessional and horrific thing I've ever experienced while shopping which led me to writing this review. Safe to say I did not feel "At Home" at all. I hope they do better with the next customer who has a gift card.

    Useless curbside pick up. They don't respond to text or answer the store phone number when called!

    Poor customer service. The manager was rude and not interested in listening to my question and concern.

Not sure what their intentions were, but steam does not fix rips. We sent photos of more rips and was determined by the manufacturer as a defect. Took a few weeks which is understandable to get an replacement, but a replacement couch was sent. Here we are again with a new couch with the same rips. Now we are being told that the rips were caused by our dog. 1st off my dogs are perimeter guard dogs and never enter the house. Again, same rips as the original couch and now they want to blame on dogs!!! This company was recommended as a local business that stand behind their product which we found out first hand is NOT true. DO NOT BUY FROM MYERS GOODS HOME & DECOR. I gave them an opportunity to keep their name untarnished, but just dismissing clear manufacture defects and blaming animals is not ok. Do they want to blame my bearded dragon and turtles too?!?! I will continue to post on all social platforms to help other buyers from getting cheated. This couch has now been removed from their website. Hmmmm I wonder why?!?!

    Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

He wanted to charge me $179.00 and then you had to add taxes to it . I all most forgot the tub i did take was not even the one i order it was the wrong color . Sorry I want be going back there to get anything stay away stay away............
