Such an unpleasant experience shopping here last night due to the manager! I came in to pick up a Christmas tree as life has been busy. Anywho, my kids and I pick up a tree and some accessories to go with it. I pay, look at my receipt and tell her it rang up full price there's a sign showing $97. I paid full price $129.99. I show her the picture we took to identify the box a few isles later. She looks at the pic, checks the date and time stamp. Asks me where is the display. My 15yr walks her over and she tells my daughter we picked the wrong box & the sign is just a general sign. I'm angry because the box was B15 same one as the floor sign and display!!!!!! I point to our box B15! I get flustered, I work in Hospice last thing I want to do is debate about your floor sign, while handing over my hard earned money. I tell her you know what just refund me everything. I'd rather go elsewhere. She paused and said she could price adjust, at that point, no thank you. Proceeds to have an attitude and tells me it's not necessary to do all this. I sit in silence wondering why she didn't have any holiday spirit in her heart over $30 dollars. This store has a lot of things that you'll need to decorate your house. In the spring, they have a massive selection of outdoor furniture, cushions, pillows, and rugs. We visited in the past to buy some outdoor furniture for our sun room. Recently, we visited again to buy the rest of the stuff that we needed. The selection is really terrific. This is the Wal-Mart of home decor stores. It's really far from my house, so we have to plan our trips accordingly. But due to their massive selection and in stock condition, we were able to find what we needed. We bought a plastic wicker couch and two sofas along with cushions and pillows. At home is HUGE! Such a great place for decor of the house and home inspiration. The christmas decor is out and there are so many aisles of decorations! I came here because I was looking for a makeup vanity desk, regular desk and a TV console. Unfortunately I was not lucky here. They had an aisle of furniture but only had smaller desks and some were not in the best shape! As for the paintings, I loved looking through these aisles! I found a cute painting of a lighthouse for our bathroom! The clearance is hard to find and hidden in the aisles. But this is a great place for holiday decorations and home storage/organization! Whether you need a dog bed, artwork, patio furniture, or a random kitchen utensil, you can find it all here. If you're like me and naively came in here looking for one random thing, you're going to find yourself feeling like you're stuck in an episode of Portlandia and can't find your way out. This place is fabulous. Today was my first time going into this store and it was amazing. They seem to have everything. It was hard to browse when I had my whole family with me because they were all ready to go. Anyhow, the store has so many cool and neat things. I picked up several cupboard organization stuff and a curved shower rod. I was so happy to see they had multiple kinds of area rugs that are just beautiful. I will definitely be back to this store many more times. The only thing that kinda irked me was that when I needed assistance there was no one around. No Customer Service! My husband and I bought our first artificial tree from At home and we were all excited because it was the last green tree with frosted ends. When we got home we opened the box and an old broken white tree was inside. We tried to return the tree as it is false advertising and not the correct tree we purchased. At Home basically accused my husband of putting the broken white tree in the box and refused the return. My husband tried to have them look up if the tree had been previously purchased or when it was stocked and they wouldn't assist in any way. The cashier and manager were rude and acted like we were wasting their time when we were the ones who were sold someone's broken tree for $170. So because At Home takes ZERO accountability for what they have in their shelves we have now had to file multiple disputes because we will not pay $170 for someone else's broken tree. If you choose to buy from At Home make sure to open all boxes at the store! Customer service is going out the window! I called At Home to see if they had a Christmas tree in stock. The gentleman said He wasn't sure, could I give him a number for the tree, oh he says, you have one? Not even a minute later he says nope sold out. He hangs up before I could ask about a different one. Since this store is 30 minutes away I called. So i drove out to look at the next best one, and the tree I wanted, well let's just say there were several. Frustrating!! Seen he gentleman and he shrugged his shoulders oh Well. This is kind of like Marshall's/Home Goods but on steroids. I was hoping for it to be a bit more affordable, but they did not have too many clearance areas. Then again, maybe they do and I just didn't see them. This place is HUGEEEEE. I think I spent three hours there, maybe even four, and I didn't even finish looking around at everything. Definitely come here with a plan or be ready to browse for hours. I mean, other than the price and the vast size of the place, it was very neat and clean. About a 1/3 of the store is stocked with seasonal items depending on the time of year (ex. Summer, Christmas, Easter etc). If you are looking for outdoor cushions or decorative outdoor items for your deck, this is your place. For holiday decorating you will find everything you are looking for here and more. There is a large selection of small side tables and decorative cabinets, you will find what your looking for but the price is at times a little higher for the quality you are getting. There is a large kitchen section and an area for canvas prints, wall art and mirrors. I feel it leans a little more to the modern side, which isn't my thing, but if that's what you're looking for you will find something. They also have a very large section of rugs in various sizes. This is really a great store. It's unbelievable how much stuff they have for your home. Isles and isles of pillows, curtains, etc. Outdoor items, rugs, lamps, decor.... Literally everything. My only feedback would be every time I've been in I've never seen anyone who works there other than at the front check out. If you need something from a high shelf there is no one around to help you... Which if you are in a hurry you don't want to wait around to drag someone from the front.
