Its impeccably organized and boasts a big collection of kitchenwares. I stopped in after needing some new things for my kitchen I could no longer live without. Shopping here is like The Hunger Games and mildly scary during COVID. It's absolutely packed. The people that shop here sadly do not abide by 6-feet apart or follow the one-way lane precautions. This made me extremely uncomfortable. This is not the staff's fault - in fact, the store is doing everything right. But the young kids that work there have just given up on asking people to follow safety protocols and I understand how difficult that can be for them. I sadly won't be back during the pandemic, no matter how badly I need something. It reminded me why I don't go out much during the world right now. I was able to find the kitchenwares I needed. There was a wonderful selection that was neatly organized at fair prices. They carry a number of name brands and one could truly outfit a beautiful kitchen here. You honestly cannot beat the treasures you find in a HomeGoods. Just up to you if it's worth it right now during this weird world.

I would never shop in a BB&B without a coupon, as their prices are usually higher than CVS or Amazon, but are competitive with coupons. Also, you CAN use coupons on top of sale items, which is great! I was at another location when I purchased coffee pods, and a sign read they were 20% off, and I used my 20% off coupons on each box. I didn't realize until I got home that the original sale price wasn't reflected, and after a quick phone call they told me to bring my receipt to any store and they would refund the $15 difference. I went into this store a week later and the employee was very difficult and short with me about my receipt. It was a relatively simple fix, but she spent 5 minutes trying to argue that I did have the discount and that was end of the story since they were currently not on sale, and kept going in a circle acting like I was incompetent. She finally got a manager who looked up that in fact the items had been on sale and he was able to refund me the discount. I won't let one employee deter me from a store I enjoy, but her hostility was not appreciated! All the employees on the floor I've encountered have been super friendly and always smile at customers. If they can't answer a question, they are quick to enlist help from co-workers. The store is well stocked for it's size, and they always have clearance sections and lots of holiday/seasonal items.

I wanted to exchange and asked if they had any brand name oriental cookware and the response was no, look online. This store is full of expensive buyouts and junk. I saw the same wok for sale at Target for $14.99. Walmart had a similar one for $5.99.
