I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

I will say the selection of quick and easy lunches is very good. But. The problem is. It took me almost 6-8 minutes of walking back and forth looking for them. The signage isn't high enough. It's actually lower than eye level. So all the signs blended in together. I understand not all signs can be high. But I think the important ones should be. To attract the shopper to these fast moving purchases. And quick lunches are fast moving. People want to get in and out and going. The location of them is slightly off the main aisle. So that took time trying to find them. The store is super clean and I can't say I interacted with employees. But I wish I did. Children can hear the profanities. On several occasions I found food long beyond their expired date. On one event an employee told me the hotdogs I pointed out had been put in the cooler the night before. They were a month over expiration. This location seems to be poorly managed and has plenty of disgruntled employees that hate their jobs but don't leave.
