It took almost twenty-five minutes to establish Who The Hell worked here!! We'd asked customers like ourselves but maybe wearing the companies colors lol. This is how desperate we became. I finally saw a blonde haired woman whisk pass us on another I'll heading towards the back doubled door way. I yelled over to her while peeking through a aisle, Excuse me can you ask someone to help us please? As she was nearly running to get towards the back (must've been time to clock out). Ten more minutes later we finally got someone to assist us. She was very nice and patient with us. Overall, we'll return even if their extremely short staffed. read more

Shopping at this At Home has totally spoiled me! I had been going to the Lewisville location for so long that I didn't even know what I was missing out on until I came here. Now I realize that THIS is the quintessential store, superior in just about every way. It makes the Lewisville store look like the red headed step child of the company. It's so massive that pretty much everything At Home has to offer is in stock. It is especially evident when you shop on their website and choose store pickup for shipping. The Farmers Branch location shows up again and again as having products available while others are out of stock (or I suspect they never had them in the first place). Furthermore, the merchandise is more organized, shelves are neater and it's just a generally cleaner space. This is as good as At Home gets. read more

I'm not sure how many handicapped shoppers they are expecting, but the entire front of the store has diagonal parking dedicated with signs as well as at least 8 other spots with the paint half worn off. I parked and then realized it was a handicap spot so I started up the car and moved spots. They really need to repaint the spots and/put up signs so they are clearly marked. When I got inside, I saw many Christmas displays all showing 50% off everything. There were even a few Fall displays with 75% off. I found 2 cute "Give Thanks" pillows. Regular price was $22.99, but thanks to 75% off, I only paid $5.74 for each pillow! And the covers have zippers so I can change out the pillows with other covers! Also found a couple of Fall garden flags, regular price $7.99, but on clearance only $1.99 each! So fun finding great deals when you're not even really looking for them! read more

I would like to start by saying there should be 10 stars listed. My friend and I accidentally stopped at the store location on Midway in Farmers Branch on March 22nd. Even though there was remodeling, there was so much to choose from. We had the pleasure to meet 2 managers who were the nicest, most professional people I have ever met. Moving out from the Northern California I had never heard of At Home. I guess Welcome to Texas! This was the size of a Costco or bigger!!! I found some really great bar stools for my Apartment here. Overall I like this store with its selection. My only concern was looking though some of the furniture which seemed kinda cheaply made and overpriced in my opinion. I think this is a place where you definitely have to pick your spots and look for the deals. read more

An employee walked up to the doors to lock them 30 min early as we were at the door. They don't close till 9 on a Sunday and he locked them at 8:30p. Don't waste your time here. If you do, lower your expectations just like the employees do. read more

This is heaven. Literally, heaven. Everything is in abundance and the store is extremely organized! You can spend an entire day here and not see everything it has to offer. The staff is generally located at the front, i've never really seen them walking the aisles. But when you get to the check out they are friendly. I'm honestly not sure why there are negative reviews for this awesome store!? This store was definitely needed in this area . This store is heaven for the girl or guy or even a wannabe Dorothy Draper or Jonathan Adler ...trying to reproduce a look they saw in Domino Magazine , Southern Magazine , or even HGTV. This store used to be called Garden Ridge . I remember going to Garden Ridge back in the day , but it didn't look like this . This place is way more contemporary and posh with their selection of items . It may not be the quality of higher end stores , but the quality is good. This is no Pottery Barn or West Elm , but somewhat like Home Goods , but in a different way . At Home is much larger than Home Goods . I felt like I was in the store for hours just getting super excited about all of the possibilities . I do feel like if you are more traditional in your home , you man not appreciate it as much . Lots of quirky, trendy items , which I love . Of course there are traditional choices . Customer Service was good . No issues there . The prices are phenomenal . You can get a huge rug for around $100 bucks . Not bad . Loads of trendy dining chairs , figurines, etc. If you want to have fun decorating your place, this is your spot. I do have to take off points for no delivery option . There is no luck for the people that drive smaller vehicles. That's a bummer and I hope this changes in the future . read more

Overwhelmed. I could spend a full day there and still not see everything. The store is organized, but you can still find yourself racing from one side of the store to another for a particular vase, frame, etc. as some sections are sorted by theme. I.e. Coastal, modern, etc. They have EVERYTHING. Frames, photos, mirrors, lamps, chests, consoles, outdoor furniture, wall decor, holiday decor... did I say everything? Problem is I only go to this store when I want a less expensive small piece for my home. Sometimes the items just feel budget/cheap - which they are. Don't get me wrong - you can totally find little diamonds - you just have to be willing to spend lots of time going up and down tons of aisles to find it/them. If I am going to be doing that, you will find me at an antiques store or an estate sale, not a huge warehouse... but that is just me. :) read more

I am new to the Dallas area and this store has amazing home decor items. The selection is wonderful and well organized. However the customer service is lacking that's my reason for giving them only 3 stars. I found a beautiful accent table and unfortunately it was damaged, I asked one of the customer service reps if it was possible to get a discount since the item is damaged. She said maybe I don't know you'll have to ask the manager and walked away. She didn't even ask or say let me call the manager for you. I then said as she was walking away can you call the manager, she looked at me as if I was bothering her and said take it to the front the cashier will call the manager for you. Keep in mind the accent table was heavy and it was clear I couldn't pick it up and carry it to the cashier. This customer service rep didn't care one bit and kept on walking away. The accent table was $300 and I was so in love with it I would have purchased it even if I didn't get a discount but since this rep was so rude and unwilling to help I just walked out the store. read more

Lots of choices for cheap-ish home decor and what not. I went in today to get some decorative letters to use for a shower I'm hosting; they have a lot of different styles of decorative letters but none had the full alphabet so I couldn't find the letters I needed unless I mixed and matched styles. I walked around because I can usually find something to buy but I came out empty-handed. The artist formerly known as Garden Ridge has a location closer to my house. Well shit. There goes all of my money! This At Home took over an abandoned Walmart space, and is very spacious. The bathrooms are nice and clean (even if the stall I chose lacked toilet paper....), and everything in the store is like the stuff you can find at the other At Home locations. They're great for seasonal stuff (and I don't just mean Christmas- even summer seasonal stuff can be a great find here!), and they also offer great discounts on out of season stuff. An added bonus is that they tend to have a little more "out of season" stuff left over when it's not actually out of season anymore. In the first week of November, I decided to do a fall garland or something for my mantle. Since Halloween was past, everyone was FULL into Christmas deco. Even the Dollar Tree. I couldn't find a maple leaf to save my life. At Home still had a respectable amount of stuff left, and it was 50% off. Boom. Done. Score. Sometimes their prices can be a *little* high, but sometimes they can also be SUPER low. I'll definitely be back, way more often than I probably should. Oh well. read more

Plus their sale items are generally 75% off. Mostly made in China stuff, which I try hard to avoid. I went in today (Monday afternoon) with my 78 year old mom to buy stuff for her new condo. No employees in sight to help while shopping and a huge line with only two checkouts being utilized. When it was our turn, I asked the cashier to please use hand sanitizer. She was clearly offended and said she "just got started". I asked again since we had seen her checking out people before us. With a huff and an eye roll, she cleaned the desk (not what I asked). I asked again if she'd sanitize her hands and grabbed the GIANT bottle on the next register that was clearly for employee use (note - she could've done this too). Without another word, she closed her register and walked away. She was headed to another cashier, said something to him and yelled at us to come down for him to help us. As we passed each other,I said I didn't understand what the problem with using hand sanitizer was. She started yelling repeatedly that I "better not say another word" to her amongst other things- All in front of a huge line and my 78 year old mom. I guess this woman hasn't heard we are in the middle of a pandemic and that the elderly are more susceptible. I wouldn't shop here again if they offered me free stuff. Not worth an infection and threats from employees. Unbelievable. I welcome management reaching out for employee identification. I would've done more while I was there,but my mom just wanted to leave. read more

Definitely the place to go if you like poor customer service (out of sight and/or apathetic employees) and long lines (typically one sales associate for a mega store). I have been there several times expecting it to get better. Won't make that mistake again. read more
