Installation was completed within one week for a job that was more complicated than anticipated. Pricing was transparent and everything handled professionally. Financing was a great option. They also arranged for painting and it was done beautifully and super quick! We compared several local options and some national names and ultimately molyneaux struck the right balance of large enough but local enough for us. We will go back for future work if needed.

Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.

We waited at home all day and no one ever showed. We called at 330 to determine what was going on. Empire calls back and says oh no one called you? Your carpet was on a truck that was involved in an accident on Thursday and your carpet was destroyed. We won't be installing today, the earliest we could do is Saturday but the installer will not be able to move any furniture. I asked for a discount since we now had to wait another 5 days for install and because we were charged for the moving of furniture. The agent ASSURED me that the discount would be applied and would be reflected in the final bill on Saturday. I asked to speak to a manager to verify because it didn't seem right. No manager was available because he was on vacation but again the agent ASSURED me the discount would be on the bill. Installers arrive on Saturday and lo and behold there is no discount on the bill and no notes on the account. The agent tells me that it takes 1-3 business days for a case to be closed. I explained it that was the case then it would be taken care of by Friday so why am I looking at a bill with no discounts? She couldn't answer that but explained I had to pay full price and they would call me with an update. It's now Tuesday. I call for an update and no one calls back. I call a second time and am told the case was closed out yesterday. The agent says surprisingly no one called you? I said no. She explains that there are no notes or anything in the system so she will try to figure out what is going on. She comes back on the line and says no one is answering. But she will transfer me.. 45 minutes on hold and no one has answered.

He was so detailed in grinding and patching my floor. It took him two long days for my three car garage. The transformation was Exceptional. He left absolutely no dust, dirt or fleck from his finished product in the garage or driveway. He hauled all his stuff away. Leaving no debris. The garage was transformed into a piece of art.
