Oh my gosh. This place is AMAZING! A lovely variety of all things "home". Went looking for some wall decor, and it was like a kid in a candy store! Anything you could want for decorating is here! Even gardening! I could literally spend hours in here. Even my husband enjoyed the store! Definitely a place to come back to without kiddo (he's not a fan of shopping). The store is dark and dingy. It's in need of a total makeover! I noticed one employee (or manager) was not wearing a mask even though the store has a sign at the front door about mandatory mask wearing. I also noticed that the management does not trust one of its black cashiers. The line was moving super super super slow with only the black cashier working alone. As soon as I approached the front, suddenly an extra cashier came out the blue. Plus there was one customer in front of me; yet, the extra cashier skipped over that customer and checked me out. The negative energy at this store is throughout and really disgusting. I only visited because my ATHOME store sold out of a specific item. read more

While this particular location does appear to be a tad dingy inside at a first glance, believe it or not, their selection is one of the best between San Antonio and Austin! Staff is always easily accessible and rather helpful. I've never had trouble with the checkout as they do seem to be fully staffed and very efficient on the checkout side. I do believe the store needs better organizing and arranging, however they don't lack any items! Prices are fantastic and can fit anyones taste and budget. read more

I had a frustrating experience at this location yesterday. I went to buy a rug. The rugs are displayed with the prices on them. Once I would find the rug it had differing prices on them. Prices that were $100 dollars higher than what was displayed. I finally picked a rug out and struggled to get it on the cart. No employees helped or offered assistance. I went to the check out and asked the cashier about all the prices. The rug i had was marked $199 and $229. She told me it would be the higher price with no explanation of the difference in prices from the display. When i looked at my receipt the rug had rung up even higher, the casher had changed it to the price she told me it would be. I then struggled to take the rug out to load it. A male employee looked at me and walked away. Never offering to help. Im shocked at how this store was. Customer service is not at all in existence in this location. read more

Went in to look for wall hangings and throw pillows to buy once I get the new sectional. I found that and so much more, and, again, I wondered why I don't come in here more often. Stopped in to buy a couple of chairs the ones I needed were on the top of the shelves and were a bit large. Brittany using the lift wrangled the chairs from their perch with the best attitude and patience as I made my decision. Then this gem helped me load my purchase into my truck, again with the best get it done attitude. I hope At Home knows what a great asset to their company she is! Also there was another very helpful girl who helped Brittany & I she helped me pick the most comfy chair, she was so helpful and also had a great attitude I just did not get her name, also a great asset!Great job you two & Thank you both! So this used to be Garden Ridge. Different name but all looks the same. Stuff for your home: patio furniture, Christmas decor, mirrors, some furniture. I prefer Hobby Lobby. They don't have a lot of craft stuff but I guess the name At Home suggests stuff for your home and not art supplies, etc. I feel like the place is missing something. Customers maybe. read more

This place has the greatest selections of planters for your spring time perkiness! Always have great rugs, interior chochkies. I was even able to get an amazing sofa to stage my clients' home which sold in 1 day! And even better they give a military discount! Love this place - prices are great too! The prices are awesome, don't get me wrong. But the service is awful. No one ever offered to help us shop, when we were obviously struggling with a mattress and box springs. Not only that, the manager (i assume) wouldn't hold the mattress that we ALREADY PURCHASED until the next day even though it didn't fit in our vehicle and it was closing time. I know, we should have measured ahead of time, but the LEAST the store could have done, would have been to hold it for us until the next day so we could bring a vehicle back that could carry the mattress. I'm super disappointed with that treatment. I manage my own retail store. I get it. Policy. But come on? read more

I have to say that my biggest problem with this store seems to have been rectified; it used to smell overwhelmingly of the scented sachet packets. I mean wow! I used to get a headache the minute I walked in the door. So kudos At Home-much appreciated. My real beef with this store is the organization in the rug and wall decor departments. The rug situation has improved somewhat lately but the wall decor is a complete disaster. Once you dig through and find something you like it's usually damaged from having so much other stuff piled on top of it. I'm not sure what the remedy is-I guess carry fewer things and put them neatly on the shelves. Please! How about some coupons here?! I find something awesome then I wonder how much I could get it for with my 40% off coupon down the street (you know where I'm talking about). I would spend a lot more money here if they offered coupons. Nice store to find a lot of things for your home in one place. Not the most inspired designs but always a nice selection. read more

Top notch garden center and home decor store, we recently bought some beautiful pottery for our patio garden, and I must say their prices are second to none. The employees are always helpful, getting items down, bringing them to your car, and suggesting decor combinations that make sense. This place is upscale. read more

My wife made a purchase at "At Home" on 6/29/19. A couple of days later she returned several of the items she had purchased. The store advised her that our checking account would be credited for the amount of the return. The refund has never been credited to our account, she has been in the store at least 3 times and called a couple of times. They always give her some run around about, allowing more time and "it's out of their hands, it's in headquarters" Very frustrated, this company acts like a fly by night finance company. read more

Saw the sign driving on I35 headed home from San Antonio... had to stop. Didn't know it was the old Garden Ridge store. They have a great selection and even better prices. We had an excellent experience today at At Home. The manager of this store went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. We are so happy with our table and chairs but most of all we are happy with the customer service from the manager and the employees. They were all so helpful and beyond professional. read more
