Me and my fiancée went into this location on 8/3/25 just to look and figure out what we were looking for. We didn't intend to actually buy a bed that day. Well William met us at the door and asked us some questions about our current bed and what we disliked about it and he showed us a few beds and explained them to us. Eventually he showed us one of the beds and had us lay down and showed us the features of it and we were instantly sold! Got the mattress, sheets and 2 pillows. William is a fantastic salesman and I would recommend anyone to go to this location if they want a great experience looking for a bed. read more

A couple days in and I'm already having issues. The sales guy Sean who sold me my mattress was unable to offer to deliver the mattress for free. So I had to pick up my mattress in San Antonio in order to not pay for a delivery charge.I'm pregnant and was hoping that I wouldn't have to hassle with moving anything. My friend who helped me pickup the mattress informed me she purchased her mattress through the creekside location and the delivery was free. So I already feel cheated. They gave me a medium instead of a firm mattress. Which was my main concern the entirety of my store experience. Because to soft of a mattress causes back pain for me. Now I'm certain that my only solution at this point is to pay the re stocking fee to be given the correct mattress. Secondly Sean entered in my information for me into their system because it was not working correctly. So in doing so I was unable to see my information on his screen and subsequently my social was entered in incorrectly. I felt rushed through the process and it made me feel like a nuisance. Mind you there was not a single other customer in the store. So now I have spent the past two days over the phone with the leasing company and I'm unable to login to my account because my social was entered incorrectly. So not only am I unable to access my bill, I cannot pay it. All and all the whole experience has been terrible. So I'm $2100 in with not even the correct mattress to show for it. Also he offered free pillows with the purchase of the mattress then recanted at the end and said they were $55 piece. read more

They had a decent selection, we purchased a queen tempur pedic, typically when we have gotten these they were in a box and this one was not, not sure if it's b/c of locations, just thought it was strange. Anyhoo, the person who assisted us was kind and helpful. I didn't give it 4 stars due to the salesperson tell us it would be in a box, when we picked it up, it was in a box just though it appeared as though it had been open before. We purchased a mattress from this store. The sales person was great. But we received the wrong mattress and I cannot get anyone at corporate to respond to me. I just keep getting 'we are looking into this' response. The mattress we received is very hard and not the one we chose and purchased. We had to buy another $100 mattress topper to tolerate it at night. I want a refund and I cannot get a response. At all. read more

I received excellent service when I came into this Mattress Firm location. The manager answered all of my questions and gave me some great advice. I ended up financing the mattress I purchased, which was a mistake. Somehow I opened up a credit card with Synchrony Bank. After speaking to customer service at Synchrony Bank, they told me many Mattress Firm stores 'forget' to tell anyone who is financing through them are opening a new credit card. I did not find out about this credit card until I called Synchrony Bank 1.5 months after I received my mattress, since I never received it in the mail. read more

Sale team was AWESOME!!! very good at their job. I mean AWESOME. I'd buy from them a dozen times over! Delivery team was something else entirely. Apparently Mattress Firm outsources the delivery. We had a scheduled delivery for the 14th. We received the automated call to confirm which we did. We received a call from the dispatch informing us the delivery team was on their way. We received multiple calls from both the driver and co-delivery driver because they entered the wrong address and after sending them a "Pin Drop" they still got lost. Their dispatch told them to "not deliver" and to inform us to call the store to make arrangements for scheduling another delivery date. I suppose normally this wouldn't have been a problem however we anticipated the delivery team would have the same level of professionalism as the Sales Team and hold the same Customer Service values as Mattress Firm espouses. To top it off, the delivery team was less than two miles from my house when they told me they couldn't, rather, WOULDN'T deliver my order. When I asked for the name of their supervisor, name of their company or a phone number they refused to provide it to me. Sadly, buyers beware -- don't agree to pay for a delivery service fee unless they honor their obligation of delivering on the date/time agreed to. I am going to be visiting Mattress Firm tomorrow to obtain a new delivery date and obtain a refund on my delivery charge. KC read more
