Even then, she waited until only 20 days before our lease expired to provide three poor comparables that were clearly not similar to our home. I ended up doing all the market research myself. When I considered ending our agreement, she threatened me with a full year's management fee instead of addressing the issues. We have worked with MR on three properties and even bought one through them, but because of Michelle's lack of effort and unprofessional handling of our account, we will not be using MR again. She argues constantly, never admits she's wrong, and could put in more effort.

They never met or visited with one tenant and rented one unit without ever meeting the tenant; the new tenant told me they just gave them a lockbox combo and the tenant went in by themselves. They did however rent it for $125 less than it was getting before and they tried to lease it for $200 below market rents until I refused to allow it. They did however, spend thousands of Dollars on the few contractors they use, while not checking the contractors work; I discovered that a contractor did not do what was agreed to and they had paid them WITHOUT inspecting the work. They never leave their office. Can't give a worse rating. New manager I hired next is Great!
