I was the executor of a small estate and the house that was the primary asset had problems - lots of them! Shelley worked for six months to find a buyer who could pay cash as it turned out that FHA wouldn't guarantee the loan. It was a manufactured house that had been moved one time and was ineligible for FHA financing. No one knew that as several have been financed that had been moved. She found good local people to make repairs, sell the personal property, cut the grass, etc. I was very pleased and would use her again if I had a house to sell in the Dickson area.

The day we went in for "signing documents" felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman with NO explanation of the documents in front of us. Look elsewhere and find a good escrow company ad not a "convenient one". We waiting one full year to get a small portion of the documents we signed...just awful..!!
