Even then, she waited until only 20 days before our lease expired to provide three poor comparables that were clearly not similar to our home. I ended up doing all the market research myself. When I considered ending our agreement, she threatened me with a full year's management fee instead of addressing the issues. We have worked with MR on three properties and even bought one through them, but because of Michelle's lack of effort and unprofessional handling of our account, we will not be using MR again. She argues constantly, never admits she's wrong, and could put in more effort.

I was the executor of a small estate and the house that was the primary asset had problems - lots of them! Shelley worked for six months to find a buyer who could pay cash as it turned out that FHA wouldn't guarantee the loan. It was a manufactured house that had been moved one time and was ineligible for FHA financing. No one knew that as several have been financed that had been moved.
