Come on back to At Home, for your brushing up for the fall season. Halloween greets you loudly too. I am super glad that we made a trek in from outta town. The new add ins for this year did not disappoint. There were a lot of folks out for the tax free holiday weekend. There are just as many Halloween enthusiasts we did see here. An amazing place where you can find practically anything related to home furnishings and decor. You name it and At Home probably has it somewhere on the premises. They even have a ridiculous selection of candy and other junk food for the impulse buyer and kids. This is a highly recommended place for holiday shopping for decor. Sparsely populated help in the store but everyone is helpful when you can find someone. You can find some amazing deals as well making it a high value shopping experience. read more

Horrible. Overheard a cashier speaking to a pregnant woman in an extremely in appropriate manner. Cashier asked the woman when she was due, the woman said next month, the cashier responds by saying, "a month? I don't think you're going to make it another month". Cashier proceeded to ask the woman what she was going to name the baby and the pregnant woman said, "we aren't sharing the name with anybody", the cashier responds, "I'm nobody, you can tell me". Then, furthermore, cashier goes on to tell a story about an emergency roadside c-section she heard about. Her nature and words were extremely inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. Another customer chimed in saying the pregnant woman didn't need to hear that. Amen. I won't be coming back to this store. It's people like this cashier that ruin peoples days. NOT the shopping experience anyone wants. read more

Lots and lots of decor choices! Some of the items are low quality, but if you look deep enough, you'll find some good finds! It's like HomeGoods and TJ Maxx minus the namebrands. * They offer literally discount. read more

I ordered something online, and went to the store to pick it up. The lady at the pick up counter was busy checking people out from the regular queue. My husband went over to the pick-up counter to ask her if we had to join the regular check-out queue too, and she ignored him. Unfortunately, it was a busy day so it took a while. Lesson learnt: I won't be doing a store pick up at At Home on a busy day. read more

At Home Store on 51 st. prices are very Deceiving! i was buying 50% off was on clearance! It is assumed it's off what the sticker states but, that's not correct. you Could not tell the item was already marked down. It was a regular sticker and it had clearance 50% off. when we brought it to the managers attention The manager was so rude instead of making things better she was making things worse. She was very sassy and rude. then gave Her name like was proud to be rude. Very disappointed!!!! read more

***This used to be Garden Ridge! Renovations and a new name didn't do too much product change as far as I can see. The store is still massive, there are a million different kinds of pots you can plant in which makes for indecisive me to wander around the aisles several times before making a decision, there is some miscellaneous furniture, mirrors, frames, and seasonal decor. I think the deals here are with the outdoor decor. Everything is pretty comparable or even a little bit over what I would expect to spend at a massive home store. Be sure to have an idea of what you need and what you don't - it's kind of like a mini IKEA! The lines go pretty quickly at the checkout and the cashiers do a nice job on packing breakable items in thick paper! read more

This place is a veritable labyrinth of cheap Chinese sweatshop made items. Every....single....item... in this place is so crappy that it makes Hobby Lobby look like Pottery Barn. Seriously. Don't waste your time or money on this place. The so-called furniture they sell looks and feels as if it was made by a ten-year-old practicing woodworking and laminates. And the really agregious thing about the furniture (among all the other things) is that it is just about as expensive as Pier 1 furniture, which is several notches up from this crap. It's so large that it's overwhelming. It's very fun, but it's hard to shop efficiently. It may be set up like that on purpose.. If you come here, it's best to know exactly what you are shopping for. A casual stroll through the place with no plan can be dangerous. You may end up with more than you planned on purchasing to begin with. read more

This store is ignoring the Tulsa mask mandate and allowing customers to shop in the store without masks. Combined with the crowded nature of the store and the very long lines to checkout this made a shopping trip very risky. The store should require masks on all customers at all times, clear the aisles and place arrows to encourage social distancing, and staff more cashiers to get customers in an out as quickly as possible. read more

This was the old Garden Ridge. Overall, the store seems more appealing. There have been renovations with new paint and new lighting; it makes the store feel more inviting. This store is huge and I could spend all day there. They have everything from outdoor, to kitchen and bath, to bedroom. I think the largest section was the outdoor. They had so many outdoor cushions and furniture. I also enjoyed their selection of chairs and bar stools, although not much cheaper than anywhere else I have looked. We needed a new harp for a lamp, and sure enough, they had the perfect size. They have a lot of odds and ends for the home that you never think you would need....but you do! I appreciate the updates and will be going back when I move into my new home. read more

It's a good place to spend a little time shopping. Their items are as cheaply made as they come but they will get you through some beginner decorating dilemmas. Storage boxes? Yep, they have them but don't expect them to hold anything too heavy - pillows, towels and such is about all. Pretty flimsy and the designs on them are cheesy at best. Wall decorations - metal, cheesy and not well constructed but, again, these will get you through the beginner decoration angst. Artificial flowers/plants - same price as Hobby Lobby or Michael's. You'd expect them to be less but they're not. Associates - you can't find any on the floor. NONE. You have to wait forever for someone to help you get something off the top shelf. Usually, I give up waiting and just forget about the item. You can find associates only at the registers and they are friendly enough but not chatty and they don't look you in the eye. I'll shop here if I have to but with no real expectations of buying anything of real quality. read more

Imagine if you took a party supply store and tossed in a garden department and a fabric store. This is what I thought of Garden Ridge. Garden Ridge is your one-stop-shop for anything you need to decorate your home or office. Even if you don't need anything it's fun to stop by to see what they offer. I saw a wide range of items which included artificial flowers, yards of fabric, cast iron patio seating, wall sconces, candles, books, candy, chef apparel, nurses scrubs, pillows, vases and the best thing I saw in the entire store... a suit of armor! I know I will be stopping by again soon because even now they already have a great selection of Halloween items and even some Christmas items were out. The staff was friendly and the store was organized. It can be a bit overwhelming but you are sure to find something you need there. read more

They have a little bit of all kinds of stuff for house and garden. You need to check your purchases for damage prior to paying, they do have damaged stuff. People aren't careful shelving merchandise and customers aren't very careful either. If you are looking for a pot, you can probably find one here. read more

Horrible customer service & terrible check out experience. I generally LOVE at home. It's so fun to shop. But I've been seeing a steady decline. I had to say something. I just spent over an hour thoughtfully selecting Halloween decor for my home. It's a little odd to spend over an hour in a store and not see one person working, or offering any assitance. Then when I was ready to head out, I was very disappointed & frustrated to see a very long & painfully SLOW moving check out line. I'd understand if all the cashiers & cashwraps were being utilized but they weren't! Only 2 were! And those check out people were in zero hurry. It's like At Home is telling us loud & clear: "we don't care about your time. We don't care about service & we don't care about you. Deal with it". So I did. I left $100s of dollars worth of purchases at the store and left that line. I'll be shopping somewhere else where my time, money & experience is valued. read more

Overall, I found the place very massive, and for the most part well-stocked. But most of their products are pretty cheaply made and many are damaged / scuffed b/c they are all crowded onto shelves together. I tried to find some picture frames for some basic 8 x 10 matted pictures I had. They were so difficult to find! The picture frame aisles were a disaster! I had to dig around the different frames. They were not in any order whatsoever. I can see why products get damaged / scuffed, when they aren't organized at all. And there were very few employees around to help me find what I was looking for. I did have to make a return of some other picture frames that were the wrong size. The cashier made every effort to make the return happen, even though I forgot my receipt and was able to find my purchase on my credit card easily. She kept apologizing for how long it took. That was a very good cashier with pleasant manners and good customer service. read more

Store is massive. Filled with low end cheap versions of stuff you wanted but either can't or won't afford. Zero, (and I do mean Z E R O) clerks on the sales floor. -Seriously, I think it's their actual business model to not put any sales help on the floor to assist shoppers. Nothing in the store is above average 'meh' in design or originality. -Which means it's PERFECT for people with no taste. read more

I went to At Home store on 51st street in Tulsa Oklahoma today at about 11:00am. I was responding to an add I received via email last night about Christmas Storage containers, I took my mother, and my daughter-in-law. The add showed a picture and read starting at $14.99. The store had one container pictured in the add, but it was $49.99! They did not have any storage containers for $14.99. I asked for a manager and spoke to a young man and women who were reworking the inventory. The manager said they did not have any containers for $14.99, but they had these other ones that were more expensive. I said, "This is false advertising." He said, "Sorry it was so confusing." I said, "You know this is 'Bait and Switch', right?" He said, "Well it gets people in the store." I asked my mother if she wanted to shop, or "...are we mad?" She responded lightly, "We are mad." To lighten the mood, I turned to the manager and woman he was talking with and said, "We are not mad at you. We are just mad about the add." He said, "Go ahead and be mad at me. I don't care." Then he returned to the woman and continued his conversation. We wont be back. read more

This is a great store for Christmas fanatics like myself. The selection is much better than Hobby Lobby and the prices are reasonable.
