Now they no longer carry that mower.I asked for a refund, the manager I spoke with said they are unable to refund my money. I was offered a mower of lesser value. I was given a phone number to call but it was a non-functioning number. I finally spoke to warranty center where I was transferred to 3 different people, put on hold for 15 min then disconnected! They have my money and my broken mower. I have had to pay to have my lawn mowed for 2 years. Never again will I buy from Sears!

Kohl's cash or their coupons have nothing to do with it. The clearance section where things are 75% off have nothing to do with it. I stop at Kohl's all across the country because they have the cleanest restrooms out of the places that my wife has approved me to stop at. This Kohl's was no exception, at least for the men's restroom. My wife and daughter did not complain. It was a bonus when one of the friendly employees told me that I should try Miner Drive in for lunch. The only thing this Kohl's needed was a "map" up front so that we didn't have to circle the entire store looking for the restroom.

I just bought my first Brand new washing machine from Home Depot. They had my son sign the paperwork that says "Delivery and installation!" They didn't set up anything and left it just sitting there in the box. They didn't give us the hoses which we were required to buy for $24.98. Who are these deliver fools! I have a ramp up to the back door so this should have been the easiest deliver ever! All of this means I can't wash any clothes until someone comes back on Monday to set it all up. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery! I'm in my 60's and they just dumped the washing machine inside my door. I am including photos to what I came home to for proof. Never gonna buy appliances at Home Depot ever again!!
