Quality of product is quite good. We have spent thousands of dollars on home furniture, outdoor furniture, and mattresses from this location. However, the service and delivery options are pathetic. We've had to wait for months for product with total payment made. Once we discover that our order is finally in-store, the delivery options are minuscule and we had to argue our way into getting delivery. We had to call them to find out our order had arrived to their store. One recent situation included rather unbending by the company in delivering a dresser we had waited to have delivered for over seven months. Furniture Row wouldn't give us a delivery time outside of several medical appointments we had on the day they set. We had to wait five more days when we were going to be home all day to accommodate THEIR delivery schedule. They were argumentative on the phone about the situation. READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOSE THIS COMPANY: You will wait forever for delivery! This company seems to be all about making the sale. My wife and I went to the Yakima WA store during Christmas break of 2019 and found a couch, recliner, oversized chair, ottoman and coffee table. They were very helpful in 'making the sale' but from that point on it has been ridiculous. First problem: Two weeks after our order the recliner, chair and coffee table were delivered on time BUT the Sofa apparently did not make it on the delivery truck. So... another 2 week wait Second problem: The oversized chair was delivered damaged so we had to reorder and wait another 2 weeks. Third problem: The sofa finally got delivered a good month after we placed original order but... it too had some damage, we decided to just 'live with it' as it was a minor scuff on the back. Fourth problem: The ottoman is nowhere to be found. In December it was back ordered to the middle of January. It didn't arrive so they told me we wouldn't get it until beginning of February. It didn't arrive so they then said end of February. They showed me their computer screens to assure me we'd get it. Guess what? It is now Feb 29 and they not only said they don't have it, they can't tell me when it will arrive! This is unbelievable. They have not contacted us, we've had to initiate contact each time. What is disappointing is that our sales person was the Store Manager! At this point, I will never shop at this store again. We are still waiting for our ottoman, which matches the chair but I sit here wondering what the next problem will be. I'd give this one star but people don't seem to read one star reviews. Very disappointed with their service. They sale some of their furniture off of samples bought couch chair and love seat. Got it home the cushions were unbearable. Tried to get them to make it right and they wouldn't. Had to replace all of the foam at my own expense. NOT a good experience. Was told there were no upcoming sales, then 2 weeks later we could have gotten a better deal. Some delivery issues, one of the ordered pieces was in, but didn't make it on the truck. And one of our pieces broke (manufacturering issue) so 2 months in we are still waiting. Good price, but this experience has been a bit of a hassel because I keep having to be home for repairs/deliveries that should have been all in one. read more

I recently purchased a bed. I ask the salesman twice if they would take away my old mattress. He assured me they would. When my new bed was delivered the driver did not have anything on his paperwork about hauling away the old mattress and refused to take it. I had to impose on someone to come and haul it away. Needless to say I will not be shopping here in the future. read more
