Responsive, fast, detail oriented service! Came here on a rainy day with my dad to get some notary services. It's located in the corner where the auto broker is too. The notary was very helpful and responsive to our calls and texted us when she was ready and in the office. She carefully read over all the documents, gave us instructions on what to do then and afterwards. We were in and out in under less than 10 minutes. Albert was so kind and helpful. I had called a bunch of places around me and none of them were picking up. I called and asked if he took walk-ins for livescan and he said yes, but just to let him know around what time I'd be there. Gave him a quick call about 30 minutes before and headed over. The place is in a building with another business. There was a sign that said "no fingerprints today" so I'm not sure if livescan fingerprints are offered at this location anymore. Writing this to save someone the trouble since I went in 95 degree weather and was extremely disappointed. read more

I couldn't set an appointment right away since I didn't realize it would be so easy and I hadn't discussed with the others whose signatures need to be notarized! I don't mean to sound like a Karen, but I found him on yelp with a bunch of great reviews so I opted to give them a call first. 1.I called he answers, but gives no indication that I'm calling a business. I thought I had a wrong number at first he just said hello an that was it.... 2. I ask if there would be availability after 5pm after explaining what I needed. He says yes I'll stay open for you we close at 6p just call before you come. 3. I called as instructed he doesn't answer initally I tried back a few min later. He answers, again gives no indication I'm calling a business. Asks what service I needed then says oh no I won't be available and hangs up... 4. Overall terrible experience and maybe this is just one of those one offs idk, but still shitty either way. If you're the person answering the phone an reading this please be cognitive of peoples time and make a better effort to not leave people hanging it sucked TIA read more
