The gentleman (sorry, I forgot to get his name), met us at the door when I called to confirm where we were supposed to go, and had us wait in the lobby as we had arrived early. As soon as it was our appointment time he came and got us, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend! Very professional and at a convenient location.

Biggest mistake trusting this location with my package they scanned my package in and it never left their store according to UPS! Of course the store blames UPS even though they never got it! I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! I love how convenient it is to process my own shipping labels directly at the self service kiosk. No lines! No wait! No fuss! It is a small store but very organized. It is also right next to a 168 supermarket so that's a plus for me to be able to hop right next door to do my grocery shopping. The staff there are very nice and helpful! They tend to open earlier than other UPS location so that deserves a huge star on its own. They sell packing supplies and have mailbox service for very reasonable prices. Love this location!
