They never once updated me on a single thing he did during the day aside from the general classroom updates they put in the app (and sometimes even posted pics of the wrong child!). They basically shoved me out the door every day I picked him up, never a word uttered more than "he was great!" At our last bright horizons, we got personal notes and the teachers would spend time talking to me about him. I think poor culture starts at the top, and until the current director leaves I would avoid sending your child here.
