The day of the wedding, the same male caterer also made several rude comments to our family members who were inquiring about when the appetizers would be served. He said to my grandmother (who paid for the caterer) "they'll be ready when you see me set them on the table." He made this comment to various other guests as well. They were quick to make the monetary fix and were nothing but courteous and professional in the process. Despite the error, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anyone who wanted to use them for catering. And, for the quality and amount of food we got, we would have paid close to twice what we did anywhere else. You would be hard pressed to find this quality food with the level of customer service and professionalism anywhere else in NE Ohio.
