I was nervous about learning Jui Jitsu and kept putting off starting because I didn't know what to expect. That was a mistake. They're not going to throw you to the wolves your first day and they won't make you do anything you don't feel comfortable doing. You'll get partnered up with someone experienced and who will walk you through the movements. Another thing to note is that I was 275lbs and out of shape when I started. I was worried I wouldn't make it through a class. However, I was able to go at myown pace and, over time increase the intensity. Don't worry about getting in shape to do Jui Jitsu, come to Jui Jitsu to get into shape. If you've been thinking about trying BJJ, don't wait.

They have an open area where you can play with battle ropes, giant tires, weighted sleds, and more. The staff here are a wonderful, dedicated bunch. They encourage you to do your best, they give good instruction, and they make you feel welcomed. The workouts last 50 minutes and they consist of team-oriented, high-intesity interval training (HIIT) exercises that push you to your limit. If you stick with this training, you will definitely be in great shape.

I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps, and for 4 years I worked out and grappled and practiced martial arts every day. So I can tell you that Tim's fitness class is no joke. His Martial Arts program is excellent as well and he will give you the tools you need to take care of yourself, man, woman, or child. So if your serious about staying fit, loosing weight, or learning Martial arts then there is no one else I would reccomend in the area.
