But Mickey stepped in and took care of everything. She was kind and patient and spent a lot of time with me-walking me through every step of the process. She had great follow up and warmth. I noticed how absolutely genuine she was-what a relief. She followed up and supported me every step of the way. There was no hard sell, just honesty and compassion.
