Blue Sky was the only one that did not insist on us coming in (the rest just wanted us to pick out the urn there and charge us an arm and a leg) and gave us all the information we needed over the phone. They were professional and compassionate people. I procrastinated on getting an urn and they were very patient and told me to take my time and when I finally picked up the ashes (they would have delivered but I took mason jars for them to fill also for spreading) I brought the jars and they kindly asked how much I wanted in each jar and accommodated me getting the permits needed to carry one on a plane in a very speedy manner. Long story shot, three weeks and few answers phone calls with them saying waiting on state licensing. They cremated her before we got to say goodbye. I went to pick her up on February 13, 2026. Yes they gave me a refund and an urn but still to this very day I feel like I failed my daughter. I wish I had never took the recommendation from that Nurse. I do not recommend this company.
