I say "no you were supposed to diagnose it but it's 945 today. He reluctantly said he'd try to get me in that day. After waiting for 4 hours I ask again when he can get me diagnosed it was supposed to be at 945. He tells me "I don't schedule anyone for 945" when he earlier told me the following day he has an appointment scheduled for 945. So he blatantly lied to me. He wasted my time by not even trying to make up for his mistake. Very unprofessional every-time I have spoken with this man. His name is Juan. Do not use this company Review of other work done by this company' and why you shouldn't use them. I had my ENTIRE front end suspension repaired. I was told it'd be done in 3 days. It took them 2 weeks to get my truck back to me. The only reason is because they kept pushing it off and taking on other "more important" jobs as they also work on company vehicles. I now have my tuck back and my front end suspension is making noise and most like needs another repair. I will not be returning here EVER AGAIN. I absolutely do not recommend using these people. Not to mention. The level of unprofessionalism by Juan the secretary is absolutely outrageous. That guy has been extremely rude everyone I spoke with him. He doesn't sound like he likes his life very much and maybe it's because he's a secretary at a truck shop but that doesn't mean you can suck at your job and treat people rudely.

I was searching for a 3500 single axle as my current 2500 does not have the payload capacity necessary to pull a fifth wheel my wife and I are considering purchasing. Upon perusing your website, I found a 2024 3500 Laramie listed. I called your dealership and spoke to Mark asking him to confirm this truck was on the lot. He stated it was and sent some additional information. Through text messages I explained I was interested, however unavailable to come yesterday due to work. He text stating he would be out, but would have me meet with Blake. I explained to Mark I have over an hour drive but would come in the morning. He never offered to hold the vehicle and never asked for a deposit. In hindsight, I believe I now know why. This morning I made the 1 hour and ten minute drive to your dealership. I arrived at 9:30 am. When Blake came from the lot he stated last night the truck sold, but he had taken the effort to bring another truck "similar" to the one that sold. The similar truck was a limited 3500. I told Blake I was not interested unless he was willing to get a price closer to what I saw. He stated, "No this one is quite a bit more, that other one was a really good deal." I asked him why he never called me so that I would not have driven down. No response. He proceeded to get his manager David. David told me "The truck sat on here for two years and then suddenly two people wanted to buy it." He then tried to talk me into a different vehicle or a dually. As I stated to Mark, I wanted a specific truck. They then had me wait around trying to "find" another truck. I eventually just left. Before departing I explained to Blake that not being told the truck sold before I arrived and then trying to sell me another vehicle that was more expensive is the essence of bait and switch. A term I have no doubt you are familiar with its definition. I have purchased many vehicles over my life. I have never had this experience. I am only left with now weighing my options as to moving forward. Mr. Murphy response was find another one and then I'll make you a deal. Avoid this dealership at all cost
