He didn't even bother to show up to the office one day, leaving all his appointments hanging. Every visit was rushed and his only goal seemed to be to do as little as possible so to schedule me for another visit ($$$). After months of seeing him for a fairly simple BPH matter, he accomplished surprisingly little. He refused to give me a diagnosis and now I have to start all over again with a new Urologist. A complete waste of time.

Dr. Hung is very thorough, kind, intelligent, cutting edge with using Robotics, patient, honest, and...his entire staff is efficient, professional and attentive to their patients needs. Dr. Hung is everything people said about him in other reviews. We've made a decision for him to perform my husbands surgery this month, April 2026. We're confident and prayerful this is the right decision. Thanks Dr. Hung and staff for your commitment to your field and ensuring your patients are top priority in every aspect. We feel safe knowing you will be the doctor performing such a critical surgery. God bless.

I'm not really sure why Dr. Alarcon's office has bad reviews. I've been there now 3x and have never…read morehad an issue. People complaining about wait time, that's everywhere! I usually wait 1 hour to see my OB and then wait another hour in the room! Dr. Alarcon is the first to show me how bad my issues were. We are in an active plan and I'm excited to have these issues taken care of.

At second thought, I didn't want to write this because I didn't want to cause any issues and I…read morethought was this the thing Jesus would want me to do? Well, I think he would like for others to know about my recent experience with the staff at Alarcon Urology Center. The Pharmacy I use called to tell me one of the medication prescribed to me from Dr. Alarcon needed a prior authorization for insurance purposes. The pharmacist told they had been trying to reach Alarcon Urology Center several times to tell them they needed prior authorization for the medication. Alarcon Urology Center staff never responded to the pharmacy. I called Alarcon Urology Center and told the receptionist the pharmacy had been calling them regarding this matter and why haven't they responded. The receptionist never answered the question but stated to me, "In order for them to write up prior authorization for a medication, it would cost me $25 dollars, because it was more work for them to do!" She also told me, "They could prescribe another medication instead." I didn't hear that part. I was so livid because first, they didn't return the pharmacy's phone call, secondly, they didn't call me to let me know what was going on regarding the prior authorization needed for the medication, and thirdly, and the main reason I didn't hear the part about they could prescribe another medication, was because I would be charged $25 for them to do their job. Plus, it was Dr. Alarcon who prescribed the medication in the first place that now needed the prior authorization. I told them I would pay the $25 because I didn't want to be prescribed the other medication that has awful side effects. What has happened to common courtesy and caring concern with doctors and especially their staff? I understand the healthcare system is an ugly big ole' mess, and overwhelmed with too many patients, but that doesn't mean those professionals in the healthcare industry have to be so uncaring and rude. How would they feel if they and their families were treated the way they treat their patients? I also work in the healthcare industry, but I treat my patients with care, down-to-earth concern and empathy, even though I'm overwhelmed and over-worked. I am grateful, thankful, blessed by God (I give Him all the glory}, to even have a job, because I was recently laid off. I pray for those who haven't been able to find a job or who have been recently laid off from their jobs. Again, I understand the healthcare system is an ugly big ole' mess, and overwhelmed with too many patients, but that doesn't mean those professionals in the healthcare industry have to be so uncaring and rude.

Not only is he an exceptional doctor with incredible knowledge and skill, but he is also an extraordinary human being. He is always there when you need him, genuinely listens, and treats his patients with compassion, kindness, and respect. His level of care goes far beyond what you would expect from a physician. Finding someone who is both an outstanding doctor and an amazing person is rare, and Dr. Ebrahimi is exactly that. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had him by our side during one of the most difficult times in our lives. Thank you for everything you do.

At least this time they were honest and informed that I would be seeing the nurse practitioner instead of the specialist, even though the insurance get billed with specialist rate . This whole experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional , lack of compassion waste of patient time and insurance resources . Hope they will have more professional office manager to deal with patient .
