Picture this: You, a first time client, step into a salon you've never been to, a couple of…read moreminutes late, smiling, genuinely apologetic, bubbly, checking in for your appointment. and the receptionist /manager takes your name, then immediately walks over to a stylist who's doing someone's hair, whispers in her ear, and they both turn around, stare at you and laugh.
Wow, pure class, I knew I was in the right spot. First impression on point, "Medz"!!
The receptionist/manager also told me that the stylist I was booked with was not finished with her client. The stylist I was scheduled with greeted me 20 mins after my scheduled appointment.
When she finally greeted me, i told her what I wanted and she said I booked it incorrectly, and that the price of the service I wanted was almost double the price the app quoted me when I booked and paid $19 to reserve it.
this was a last-minute appointment I booked online, and I didn't know what to expect. I walked away, having wasted driving time to and from, parking money, and a horrible taste in my mouth. No thanks.
