I have requested the bucket to be delivered to the restaurant which I have booked for a birthday dinner. The bucket was delivered around 4 pm and I arrived at 7 pm. When the manager delivered the flower bucket to us, my wife is literally crying as all the flowers are dead which is a very suspicious way. I email be bloom flower shop right away and they reply within an hour which obviously they should be off work already. They sent me a very sincere apology email although they were pretty sure they have sent the flower bucket out in a gorgeous and perfect form. They promise they will remake it and deliver it in person the next day. I'm so impressed and thankful they will do that. And the next day, we did receive a gorgeous and perfect flower bucket. I can felt this floral shop really care about their clients. And the flower designs are great and trendy. I will order again and I really recommend this floral shop to all of you who looking for a fine florist.

I had one of those experiences with Aria Florist that was worth changing my review for. I had ordered an arrangement a couple of weeks ago for Mother's Day, and without going into a bunch of details, essentially, the wrong arrangement was sent. Unfortunately the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered and the flowers didn't reflect the amount of money I paid (I've ordered tons of flowers before so I have a good sense of what costs what). The arrangement was delivered on Sat (I had asked for that) and when my mom sent a picture to me, I immediately became confused and then annoyed and thought "argh! Was this a bait and switch? Did I get duped? What the heck happened here? Did they run out of the flowers I wanted?" Now admittedly I acted in a hasty fashion and wrote a review on Yelp literally 5 mins after seeing the picture. It was a long, but I think fair representation of what happened. Well, fast forward to Sunday, Mother's Day, I talked to my mom on the phone in the morning and she was very gracious about the arrangement (meanwhile I groused about it but then moved on because there are other things to talk about). After I hung up, I debated on whether I wanted to email the florist to complain-- when literally after that thought left my head, I got a text from Lexis, one of the florists at Aria. She apologized for the mix up and said that another bouquet was on the way to my mother. By 11 am Sunday morning (I kid you not) my mother received another bouquet that was nice. Now that made up for the first mix-up (still not the Cymbidium orchids I ordered but the effort was commendable), the grousing I did and the fact that it saved me a bunch of time and headache for having to reach out to Aria, tell them what happened, etc etc. If every business did this I would more likely be a repeat customer. So bravo Aria, for making this right for everyone on Mother's Day.
