That speaks volumes, hopefully, to someone reading this review I take it very seriously when I take the time out of my day to say something it is because someone has done something exceptional. In this case it was exceptionally bad. I arrived at the class 15 minutes late admittedly, I cannot control bridge traffic in a boating city, however, I did leave a message on the way explaining the situation while I was pulled over, and I did arrive within the grace period with my daughter who is eager to learn pottery after knocking on a window for about 5 to 7 minutes a very rude woman told us the opportunity had passed, and we could email someone on the website without any further information and then lock the door in my face. While she was locking the door dramatically, I asked for her name or for an email so that I could get refunded for the $175. She ignored me made several faces and continue to fumble with a very simple top lock. The only point she made was that I should call ahead of going to any classes with my daughter before leaving the impression of negativity. I'm ashamed of myself for booking this class. . zero stars.

Some of the mixers were pre-poured, and others we poured ourselves. The instructors walked us through the entire process, even how to properly shake a shaker. I didn't think we'd need an in-depth tutorial on that, but we definitely did because spills happen. Lol. The drinks were very tasty. I do wish there had been a bit more instruction on adjusting sweetness levels. They offer different classes at the studio, including candle-making, body butter, perfume, and mixology classes. She was super kind and accommodating to our group wanting to do different items such as pour paint canvases, brush canvases, and coasters. I made coasters and loved how they turned out. I definitely recommend Art in Oakland Park for a fun night with friends and stress relief! It's great to pick out the paint colors and see how the design turns out after the paint mixes and using the blow torch.

What I liked the most was how each different of art piece was labeled with the information and artist's name. You are not allowed to eat inside but they had food vendors and live music outside so it was nice to have something to eat and afterward just walk in here.
