Some green drink, my wife had.

The French folks that I spoke with nearby found this place unbearable. And that's saying something! But "unbearable" how? The staff is unsmiling. Sloths must marvel at how slow this staffs movements are. Is it because I am not a local? No. I don't think so. They were equally "hipster" to everybody. And the food? I've had the same meal at every breakfast spot in Copenhagen. Nothing special.

We got to A.S. super early (thx jet lag) and took the last indoor table. Recommend getting there before 9am if you don't want to wait The morning plate comes with sourdough, compte cheese, boiled egg, butter & apricot jam. No surprises, tasted exactly how it looks. Danish butter is quite mild so isn't as rich and addictive as French butter Solid pancake but it has the texture of a muffin. Overall, it's a cute spot but doesn't live up to the expectation and I wouldn't wait in line for it. morning plate 135DKK almond pancake 135DKK cappuccino 42DKK

I've avoided going to Atelier September for so long because I heard the queue was unbearable and the service was pretty bad. However, I saw that their Nordhavn branch was relatively empty during weekday morning. I have to say my experience was nothing short of pleasant. Not only was service quite friendly, but their almond pancake (135DKK) was better than I expected. I really enjoyed their famous cream in combination of the pancake, which was crunchy on the outside yet fluffy in the inside. I would say that the blueberry was rather sour, however it's just likely not in season as I noticed the same thing when I got the fruit from grocery stores. I will recommend brunch/breakfast here provided it's not too busy. Vibe of cafe and food presentation were very social media friendly.

Oh yes!!! So good... Don't wait until you are hungry to go here, there is a wait. It's delicious. All of it. We loved the cappuccino hot and iced The avocado toast on sourdough with a soft boiled egg on the side , was out of this world... very large portion. I filled us up for hours. We did not mind waiting 20 minutes for a table. It was worth it.... We highly recommend you go and go again if you can.

A great place to stop in for a brunch. Could be a long wait late depending on the time of day. We were seated at a shared table on a Wednesday afternoon. We ordered almond pancakes with blueberry topping and a sweet cream and a traditional danish breakfast including soft boiled egg, course salt and bread. The eggs were the best, loved the red chili sauce and chive topping.

This brunch spot is super cute and lives up to the hype. The menu is small but it has cool and thoughtful items. We got the pancakes and the green omelet. They both looked super aesthetic and were very flavorful. We went on a weekday so it wasn't super packed and we were able to snag seats.

I was exited to try after hearing so many good things. We came at 2:30 on a Tuesday, and it was not crowded. Because there were not many people the staff seems very disinterested in taking our order and were talking amongst themselves. When food was being prepared, I watched one of the workers lick his finger after it had butter on it and continue working. We ordered the almond pancakes, a piece of sourdough, grapefruit, avocado toast, and a matcha. Everything tasted very fresh, but the only really special thing was the blueberry compote. Everything else was fine but expensive for what it was. We spent over 50 USD on the items in the picture. The bathrooms were also not pleasant. Wanted to love this place, but was unfortunately overall disappointed

If you enjoy your surroundings as much as your breakfast, hop into Atelier September. Inside an old gallery, the space is beautiful with a showroom in the back. In the front, is a medium-sized dining room with window seating and a few tables. Out front are a few sidewalk tables. My friend and I went in October on a Wednesday when they first opened at 7:30 a.m. There was already a line, but we were able to get two seats at a long community table to enjoy our lattes and breakfast. My avocado toast was beautiful and tasted good. My friend enjoyed his yogurt with zucchini jam (more like pickled thin stripes of zucchini). Despite the good experience, the food wasn't life-changing. Since many friends and reviews alluded to that, we left a little disappointed. It was solid food and experience, but not life-changing.

There aren't various meals. It's wonderful if you're looking for a small breakfast or coffee with some pastries. The workers are very friendly & quick to attend to you when you're waiting outside to be seated. It is small inside so it's better to go by yourself or in a group or 3 or less.

Great food but line was very long and would not allow me to change the type of bread for my toast even though I have an allergy to the nuts on the bread. Had to order bread with avocado on the side for my food.

Infuriatingly good looking Copenhageners hang out here. That should be enough reason for you to come by ;-) The only thing that will distract you from people watching will be the cool space. A wall with wine bottles in the shelf, the large communal midcentury table, open kitchen with vintage pieces. The back seems to be a gallery that sells contemporary furniture and lighting. I dig it. Since it was warm out, I really wanted an iced drink. I love matcha so the iced matcha tea was the perfect choice for me. I like that they serve this as is, without any sweeteners so I can really taste the vibrant vegetal quality of the tea. Their Koppi coffee (noisette style) is served black with a tiny milk amount of milk froth. Delicious. Located on Gothersgade, it's within spitting distance of Kongens Nytorv, Nyhavn and the Magasin. Definitely a hot spot worth visiting if you're in the area.

Favorite classy brunch place for a quick bite by myself. Lots of dishes to try on the menu, all of them have been delicious. The latte comes in the cutest bowl and is one of my favorite in town. The crowd comes in waves so if you pass by and it looks quiet pop in for a snack! FYI no public restroom

Great place to catch the Copenhagen marathon pass by. The pancakes were too sweet for me, next time side sick to a savory breakfast.

I never thought I would be saying this about porridge of all things. But, Grød truly opened my eyes…read morein terms of how I could prepare my daily oatmeal. We tried Grød at two locations: the Torvehallerne market and at 7Eleven. The market, I ordered the Oat Porridge which came with apples, roasted almonds and caramel sauce, my mom had the All In! and my dad had the oat waffle. All of us (mostly) left satisfied. My picky father loved his waffle. And I really enjoyed the porridge I had. The oats perfectly cooked, the apples and almonds gave it a nice textural contrast. Plus the caramel, which was more like a dulce de leche added the perfect amount of sweetness without being too sweet. My mom was a bit ambivalent because the All In was too sweet. But to be fair, All In includes all of their toppings. Including chocolate and caramel so her assessment was fair! The Grød at 7Eleven had this wonderful chia pudding, layered with yogurt, natural peanut butter, a berry compote and nuts and I was obsessed. So simple, yet so wholesome. I found a cup at the airport and proceeded to import it back to the States. Overall, it was definitely worth a visit (or 2) to have my mind blown. Grød may not have intended it but this lil Westerner is now leveling up her oats game thanks to their menu!

Dāna is a very recently opened stall at Torvehallerne that specialises in Chai - real, proper Chai…read moremade with fresh whole spices and organic milk (or plant milk), and vegetarian/vegan savoury 'pancakes' made from a mix of ground rice and lentils served with your choice of toppings (onions, coriander, peppers, cheese...) and a chutney. To blow my usual trumpet, as a vegetarian I am always super stoked about new vege places opening up in this fair(ly rainy) city and owner Avani seems very committed to this cause. The Chai was perfect, just the right balance of milky and spices. It is easily the best Chai you will taste so far north. You can also get an ice cold Chai for those hot days... A bonus is being able to keep the 100% biodegradable clay cup that your Chai comes in! The 'pancakes' were absolutely delightful and I would recommend taking all the toppings you can, they were filling without being stodgy, very light and the flavours were very well-rounded. My single complaint would be that the chutney could be a bit hotter, but I am also used to 'spicy food' and it may be a good level for the 'uninitiated'. I was able to have a really good chat with Avani and her colleague today not only about the business, but also growing up vegetarian and being a vege in Copenhagen. Avani is very passionate about good (South) Indian vegetarian cuisine, and with the quality of the food and Chai, and the obvious public interest (if a super busy stall that runs out of food is anything to go by) in what she's offering I don't see why that shouldn't be delivered and evolve further. I'll be keeping a keen eye (and stomach) on developments. I'm only giving four stars instead of five due to having to come back for food an hour later as they had run out due to not realising how many people would actually be interested. This is only a minor newly opened thing that will surely be ironed out soon enough.
